Pros:

Works in just a few days, helps with allergy's too. Really cheap, easy to get hold of. Gives your skin a healthy glow. (hides red marks, without tanning!)

Cons:

The taste.

Great stuff, I've been drinking 20ml mixed with a pint of squash 3 times a day, run to your local health food shop/supermarket and buy some, if you live in the UK get Aspall organic cyder vinegar, its about 1.60 a bottle.

Pros:

It works. It helps me stay clear. I believe it helps in controlling hormonal acne. It is cheap.

Cons:

It smells. It taste icky.

I firmly think that this stuff helps during my time of the month. My breaks out are far much smaller. When I consume 4 tbs a day. 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM. When I get lazy and don't drink it twice a day I get a "normal" break out that month. Which is 3-6 huge pimples around my mouth area. When I start again taking ACV twice a day every day by the next month my break out is ether none existent or greatly reduce. This is a staple for me. I do believe that this helps for my average day to day blemishes 2. But I am loyal to Dan's BP that is the real killer :)but doesn't get that hormonal acne. Also a great toner! I use Bragg's "mother" Apple cider Vinegar.

Pressing on...
I've had acne ever since I hit puberty, which was right when I turned 11. I am 19 now. I have not had a day of clear skin since then so as you can imagine I'm about done dealing with this. No bathing suits, no cute dresses, no tanktops, nothing. I'm tired of having bad skin I just want to be able to be confident in my own skin! I've tried everything, nothing worked. I cut out 90% of my normal dairy intake, caffiene and have tried to really limit my sugar intake. I also try to make sure I drink at least 80 ounces of water a day. I have acne on my face, back and I get it on my chest occasionally but that's just from hormones. About 6 months ago my skin broke out worse than it has ever been. I even had it on my chest constantly which was not normal. I had no idea why and nothing was working to get rid of it. I started using ACV on my skin (undiluted on my back, diluted on my face because of my face being more sensitive) and about 2 months after using it my back started to clear up tremendously, my face still was as broke out as it had been. I went on vacation and stopped using the ACV for less than a week and I began to break out again, so I thought "okay, this must have been working, so why not take it internally as well?" I started off with a teaspoon twice a day for the first day, then worked myself up over the next week and a half or so to 4 tablespoons twice a day. I took the 4 tablespoons twice a day for about a week or so then cut back down to 2 tablespoons twice a day. My face has cleared up by 75% however I feel like my back hasn't even cleared up by 50%. My skin on my back overall does look healthier, but I still have quite a bit of acne. I've been doing this for about a month now, so I'm going to press on and hope that it starts to work for my back as well as it has for my face. Anyone have any ideas why my back isn't clearing up as much?

Hi, i would like to say I started having acne in my mid 20's and tried everything. Finally I went to a dermatologist and said I have temporary adult acne just like teenagers do, in most cases. I would like to recommend "Aztec Indian clay" for face and body (baths). I love how my skin feels and helps with many things!!! I do recommend a dermatologist only because I suffered trying all products and spending money until I prescribed a simple cheap generic medication for less than $10 that cleared everything, I couldn't believe it. My dermatologist said my face produces too much oil and in order to clear my acne I will need to kill it from the inside as well as using OIL FREE products!! I hope this is helpful, I went 6 years before I finally went to a dermatologist and it solved everything, plus the Aztec clay reduced my scars and skin tone. I also recommend researching lemon juice on acne, it has helped me reduce darker spots from the sun and lightened my face, I try natural things and read a little about natural cleansers and now trying apple cider vinegar for better health too. Let me just say I don't need make up and I wear sunblock everyday on my face and arms, oil free of course. Please see a dermatologist first bc that has made it 90% easier for me keeping my skin clear. I hope this info helped :(

Pros:

cleared up body acne, feel heathier, no more inflamation on face.

Cons:

taste, smell, some stomach disconfort, may cause stomach, esophagous and mouth burns, bad for teeth.

It didn't do a lot for my face but worked really well on body acne. You have to wait an hour to brush your teeth though so you might as well try it you really have nothing to lose since no one has posted any signs of IB although if your dumb enough not to majorly dilute it and burn your mouth... but seriously, give it a try.

Pros:

Helps with acne but mainly it contributes to a good health.. And cheap

Cons:

I used to hate the taste but after a month or so I got used to it and now I actually enjoy it.,,

Worth it. :) Just be very careful with the amount... To little water and I can guarantee you that it will taste completely awful.

Pros:

inexpensive
natural product (ingredients)

Cons:

smell

Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar is the only brand that i use. It is 100% natural Apple Cider Vinegar and contains the 'Mother' which looks like a brown sediment that is in the bottom of the bottle (It contains all of the beneficial nutrients). I pour a few table spoons into a shot glass and down the hatchet. I happen to like the taste of vinegar so it doesn't affect me but most people dislike the taste. I feel healthier inside and out after drinking ACV and it has great health benefits.

Pros:

Yes, it does actually clear your acne.
Brighter complexion, overall.
Lost two pounds.
Fixed my digestion problem.
Hair growing faster..
Cheap, and is a good cure for all sorts of ailments
-As a topical, is quickly healing my hyper pigmentation-

Cons:

Smell, taste, and the huge amount you must drink to get results. Most people drink "a few teaspoons" per day, but that is not nearly enough.

I recommend buying some all-natural Apple Cider Vinegar tablets (at most health food, or body building/exercise supplement shops). They're far, far more convenient. I am using Kal brand apple cider vinegar tablets at 35% acidity. I take three/day, one with each meal.

Pros:

-Cheap
-Easy to do
-Effective at preventing/reducing zits

Cons:

-Tastes horrible

I've only been drinking ACV for exactly one (1) week. So far, so good, I guess. The positives so far is that I have not received an initial outbreak. I haven't gotten more than 3 zits or so since using this. The only downside from drinking this is that I seem to get dry, chapped lips and tight, dry skin. The effects have been reduced after taking ACV for a few days.

Pros:

-Works
-You feel internally clean
-Inexpensive

Cons:

Taste
Smell

ACV is amazing acne remedy. The first day i tried it i vomited 2 table spoons in 500Ml XD that was a bad idea but i was desparate. I could not handle the taste of ACV so i starte with just 1/2 a teaspoon and worked my way up. From this gross nasty flavour i worked my way up to 4-6 Table spoons. Now i luv this stuff. The taste has become enjoyable now yu prolly think im crazy but im enjoy drininking it. 1 week ago my confidence was down the drain my acne was moderate and my face was really really scarred from me picking yes i know very bad we all here it but yu do it anywaise. ACV has cleared me from 30 pimples to about 3.... IN 1 weeks other things to tell you I use omege 3/6/9 pills and honey masks 2-3 times a week and apply 27,000 Iu of vitamin E from walmart. My face is still scared but looks incredible compared to not using ACV. #1 thing to know use orgainc ACV WITH MOTHER! This is the stuff that works and you should use. Im so happy ive found ACV and PPl just try it might work 4 U

Cons:

the taste at first almost made me gag, but im getting used to it. as long as i can see the improvements, im down for whatever works.

ok so ive been reading up online about this for a WHILE now, and finally got around to buying it. for me, ive been struggling with acne since i was in 7th grade, and now im a freshman in college. yes, it sucks. at first i thought it was the things i ate. so i tried to eat healthier. but even so, i would still get break outs and pimples here and there (especially during my time of the month >_<) its embarassing. so after reading the reviews about this online i figured what would i have to loose... so i finally bought myself a bottle of the braggs organic apple cider vinegar "with the mother". had about 2 tablespoons in a glass of water before i went to bed last night. when i wake up, because i dont have air condition, my face is usually kinda oily and i have new zits and pimples (SUCKS) but this morning i woke up with NO NEW ZITS OR PIMPLES!!!! the only thing i have to work on is getting rid of the blemishes..but really, i have no new pimples, just after ONE time using it
