Pros:

No unpleasant odor, removes oil without overdrying, it yielded almost immediate results. Inexpensive, too.

Cons:

A liquid or "pump" version would be more convenient. This only comes in a bar form.

The first night I used it, I followed with a 10% BP cream and then a moisturizer (Aveeno). The next day I saw almost a 100% improvement in my mild to moderate hormonal acne. If you are going through the trial and error process trying to find something that works, then try this- it's worth a shot!

It's just OK
Way too drying for the face, but it's OK for the body. Defiantly too irritating and drying for my face though:/

Pros:

-Can be found in almost any drug store
-Fairly inexpensive

Cons:

-Hard to travel with
-Can dry out my face

I really enjoy the Cetaphil anti-bacterial bar. I use it on my face and body and I have had great results. Although many dermatologists suggest not using soap on your face I have found this product to be pretty mild and it has not broke out my face. Occasionally it can be very drying, especially in the winter season. I would suggest using a moisturizer with this product. Overall, I will always be a loyal customer.

Pros:

Smells nice
Good for face and body
Nice lather
Not overly drying
Antibacterial

Cons:

A little melty

I use the acne.org regimen and this is my go-to body bar. I use it every day and have not had any problems with dryness or irritation from the antibacterial ingredients. I love that it gets a good lather and leaves me feeling clean, while still being gentle enough for my face and acne-prone chest and back. Really a great product.

Pros:

i had bad acne scaring and the soap helped take those scars away immedialty

Cons:

didn't get rid of my acne and didn't reduce the redness and dried out my skin

The bar helped the acne scaring but didn' take the acne away.I would recommend for cleansing or scaring but not for acne.

Pros:

1. Does NOT dry my skin
2. Gentle
3. No more razer burn!
4. Affordable

Cons:

None yet

I have used MANY acne treatments in the past but this one is different. I used it for a month and it cleared up my face completely. I switched (which was a BAD idea) to Neutrogena stress control. Although I didn't break out it did make my face very irritating. Now I am using this product again (Cetaphil) and I am going to keep using it. We just has to remember that we do not have the same type of skin and therefore not every product will work. Patience is the KEY! Good luck to all.

Pros:

-When nothing else worked, I switched from Purpose Bar to this bar and I haven't had one pimple since!
-Not too drying and washes off easily.

Cons:

-The bar breaks apart very easily and seems to go away very quickly

For some reason, this and BP has kept me 100% clear for the past month when nothing else has. I think this bar is amazing and I hope everyone gives it a try!

Pros:

-Smoother, softer skin.
-Tight, clean feeling.
-Great for just-popped pimples.

Cons:

-Made my acne resistant to any type of treatment.
-Huge, various cysts. I'd say 10 after three weeks of use :'(

I bought the Cetaphil Antibacterial Bar with lofty hopes that my search for the perfect cleanser would be over. For the first two weeks, I saw immediate improvement. I actually looked forward to washing my face because I knew I'd see a smoother, softer skin tone and healed pimples. HOWEVER, after three weeks, various, huge, painful cysts attacked my face. I'm now stuck with four MASSIVE cysts that refuse to respond to ANY type of treatment. I believe the Triclosan made my acne resistant :(
