Pros:

Works well as a spot treatment, reduces redness and swelling of large inflamed pimples super fast.

Cons:

Stings really badly when you first put it on, greasy and balls up after drying. Not a very pleasant smell either.

I've been using it at night because of warnings that it increases sun sensitivity. I dab it on a couple of problem areas on my cheeks and forehead and don't rub it in until about an hour later. Whenever I do this it seems to amazingly get rid of the redness that makes my skin look so awful. It also reduced the swelling a large pimple I had on my cheek. The only bad thing I would say is that it is a bit greasy and balls up after drying so I wouldn't recommend touching your face much after applying. Also, it stings A LOT when you first put it on but it's kinda good in way because I feel like that means its working ;) I definitely wouldn't call this a 'miracle cream' but it definitely helps.

Pros:

Evens skin tone, knocks out redness, exfoliates, cheap! and it works.

Cons:

NOTHING

I have used this stuff for a while now and unlike a lot of these reviews who are saying they have seen results in 1-2 days (c'mon, you need to give a product at LEAST 30 days to truly TRY it and determine whether or not its recommendable - 60 days is more realistic), it took me a while to truly LOVE this stuff because around week 2, my skin looks horrible as it was purging all the crap underneath the surface. What I mean by purging is not a "breakout" per se, but my skin looked rough and bumpy. Its been a long time since then and the gunk has worked its way pretty much out and my skin looks much, much better. Also, if I have to extract anything, this stuff erases the redness entirely. Thats GREAT! It also works great for breakouts on back/arms, which I suffer from and this has brought tremendous relief. Thank god for Dan - he is such a blessing for creating and making these products available to all of us. Try this stuff! Its great.

Help
I have been on the regimen for about a month now and for the most part, the side effects have subsided. I haven't experienced any redness for a while and I ocassionally experience some dryness but NOTHING compared to how dry and flaky my skin was. I would smile and my face would literally crack. I've heard many good things about AHA and I'm wondering if now would be a good time to start or if I should wait a little longer. I'm only doing the regimen once a day as of now and seems to be working just fine. I want to know if I should start AHA already, and how/when to apply it with the regimen. Also the side effect please ! I mostly have scars now but no active acne

the aha plus would take the place of your moisturizer. I would ease into starting with a few days a week before using it everyday. aha is favorable to dry skin so it shouldnt try you out if so you can add moisturizer ontop

When you start to ease into it mix it half and half with moisturizer and use it every night if you don't have sensitive skin. If you do have sensitive skin mix it with moisturizer but only use it twice a week once a day and increase the amount of times you do it in a week as your skin gets used to it.

Definitely works!
Burns like a mother, but works like a CHARM! Would have given it 5 stars if it didn't burn so badly!! Edit on 3/19/16: This does not burn my skin AT ALL anymore. When I first started using this I did not wait the full month, like Dan recommends. I now have been using the regimen for 4 months and I use the AHA moisturizer every other night and it doesn't burn at all. Just a very mild tingle. Still highly recommend this!! The longer I use it the better my skin looks :)

Perfection!
The results are amazing. It gets rid of flakes, moisturizes, gives me a healthy glow, fades scars, and just makes my skin go from Pasty to Porcelain. I started off mixing a pea size amount to my moisturizer and built up to where I can use a full finer length. Please try this if you already are using the rest of the Regimen! It's also an amazing spot treatment. Dab an extra amount on the active zits at night and they'll be GONE by morning! The texture is amazing too. It is soothing and feels nice going on after the BP. The light, silky products soaks in quickly. You will feel a little burning your first few days of using it. Don't let it scare you. The results will be amazing skin and that side affect goes away after using this a week or two.

Pros:

-Moisturizer and treatment in one
-Doesn't clog my pore or feel oily
-Absorbs quickly
-Pairs perfectly with my benzoyl peroxide to keep my face clear and moisturized

Cons:

-I guess some people may dislike the smell but I've used it for a few years now and I don't mind it

For someone with sensitive, combination skin this stuff works great. I replace my nightime moisturizer with this & my skin is consistently clear.

comes in large quantity
non greasy
non drying

doesnt ball up under makeup

Cons:

stings after application
STINGS!!

ive been using this for a few weeks now. nighttime: - wash off makeup and cleanse - apply bp treatment - apply moisturizer - apply aha daytime: - cleanse - apply moisturizer - apply bp treatment - apply makeup (i let my face absorb the product for about 2 mins before applying the next step) i dont use nearly as much of any treatments (bp or aha) that is suggested because i dont need that much. i get blemishes probably more around my time of the month and aha has seemed to lessen the amount of blemishes as well as accelerated the time it takes for post acne marks to fade, which is great!

Pros:

Gets rid of red marks fast
Evens skin tone
Not oily
Gentle on skin
Reduces pore size
Works fast!!
Has not broken me out

Cons:

May sting at first

I know reviewing dans AHA after using it for the first week is abit premature but I would have to say that I am more than impressed by this product!! It has done more for me in a week than multiple other products have done in months(3 to be exact). It has reduced redness, acne red marks, hyper pigmentation and inflammation in one week!!! I am so very happy I could cry. I can't believe it. Please try this stuff, it's amazing. you can mix abit with turmeric and tumanu oil and just put it on problem areas. Can't say much on effectiveness on acne yet- haven't had a breakout since using this. My issue is mainly marks. Note: I use this morning and night. Just use sunscreen in the morning. Paid $45 and that included international postage. Good luck and please try!!
