Pros:

great product, works instantly

Cons:

none

works like it says! I noticed a difference after the first use, my skin tone is more even, wrinkles more smooth and less visible. I will continue to use twice a week as suggested. The second use did not sting as much as the first time but was still tolerable the first usage. Definitely recommend!!

Pros:

Very effective on both acne and acne marks. Great moisturizer to reduce dry and flaky skin

Cons:

Stings slightly after using, but I don't mind because that means it's working.

I use this every morning and night after applying the 2.5% BP. It stings at first but isn't too painful. With this daily routine my skin has transformed and is more even and clear. It's great as an additional treatment for acne as well as moisturizer. I can't live without it.

Pros:

Smells nice
Seemed to work at first after initial spot test

Cons:

Now when I put it on my skin, it itches and starts causing bumps, which the next day become cysts :-(

I hate to give this a 'meh' rating, because this is an issue with AHA+ rather than this particular product, but just wanted to let others know that this may come up. Other people say it too: [link edited out]

Pros:

Helps with flakiness
Brings acne to the surface
Helps with cysitc acne

Cons:

I seemed to break out every time I use this
Makes my skin oily
Made my skin red

I used this for several months and I found that I kept getting minor break outs every time I used it. I have used other AHA creams before and never had this reaction, I'm thinking the concentration of glycolic acid may have been too much for my skin. It did really help with the flakiness and dryness, but once I stopped using I didn't get anymore breakouts.

Pros:

Helps cystic acne
Keeps things under control
Reduces redness
Good Moisturizer

Cons:

Can be very irritating at first
Not a cure all
Leaves skin oily

This product is part of my daily regimen. I tried Dan's regimne for a couple months but my skin continually was very red and extremely flaky. I couldn't stand it any longer. Now I am using the following routine and have found a lot of success (visibly clear, but not perfect) and reduced andy irritation. Morning- Cleanse Face, Moisturize Night- Cleanse Face, BP, AHA+ Bottom line, I feel in control of my face. It is not perfect but I do not wake up worried about having pimples. And my cystic acne is nonexistent thanks to AHA. Great product, for a great price. Lasts a loong time, even using a generous amount daily. Thanks for this product!

Pros:

Gets rid of redness
Cheap
Large
Removes underground spots developing

Cons:

Does nothing for existing spots
Makes you more sun sensitive
Is quite thick and was pore clogging for me

This works fantastically at preventing spots coming up. Twice this has happened where i feel major large cysts under my skin, i dab some on, go to sleep and next morning it is literally gone. Does not work on red marks and does nothing for existing pimples. period.

Pros:

Smooths skin
Effectively combats dryness
Lightens pigmentation
No irritation
Thin consistency

Cons:

Burns a little on application
Clogs my pores!

I wanted to like this so much, but sadly I break out whenever I try to use it. Perhaps it's because my skin is so oily, I don't know. I'll still be keeping it for those flaky skin emergencies, but with regular use it gives me spots in places I've never had them before. Still, it gets three stars for doing what it says it will. I think it's me that's the problem here rather than the product! Ha.

Pros:

exfoliated decently
good packaging
moisturized

Cons:

VERY sticky shiny residue even with very light application
caused breakouts

sadly I won't buy this again. I didn't feel like it exfoliated enough and left a super greasy sticky residue. I use it as a foot/hand cream for now but I hated the feeling of it on my face. After about one weeks use I ended up breaking out. I wish this worked for me as great as other people.

Pros:

great moisturizer, tingles for a sec which means its working its "magic"

Cons:

no change with my acne scars nor does it help as a spot treatment. it never really help in reducing the redness or swelling

i use this product twice a day after being on Dan's regimen for a month and it did help with the dryness of my skin. The other reason I bought this product is because I read the reviews that it does help with the acne scars, but having used this for 3wks now I still haven't seen any improvements with my scars. As a spot treatment, that didn't work for me either. I'll keep using it tho and see if a few more weeks will make a difference. I only use a small amt AM & PM and its enough for the entire face then sunscreen after in the morning.

Pros:

-light mustard-like smell (not uncomfortable)
-NO flaky skin after use
-no animal testing used

Cons:

-greasy/oily
-not an effective spot treatment (see comment below)
-no noticeable decrease in fine lines

This is probably the best moisturizer I have tried. When I first started Dan's regimen, my skin was EXTREMELY flaky and dry; it has never been that dry before in my entire life. This product moisturized my skin better than any moisturizer I tried. However, it is extremely greasy, and I cannot wear makeup over it because the makeulp starts to run later on in the day. I also tried it as a spot treatment-it DOES NOT WORK. There was no noticeable decrease in size or redness. Addittionally, I did not notice any decrease in fine lines (I am only 20 though, so maybe it just won't work until later on). I also didn't notice the nice "glow" that some people claim to get from using AHA. Bottom line though: it's a great moisturizer, and if that's what you are looking for, this is the best one out there.
