Pros:

I was having a hard time with my skin all of a sudden my senior year. Proactive really helped my skin get better. I had tried putting oatmeal on my face which helped a while but quit.

Cons:

It drys the face the first few weeks of use, but I guess thats normal. I had to use an additional moisturizer.

Use the product everyday and night..The moisturizer is so smooth to me. It stopped constant breakouts that other products and remedies didnt do. I also used Philosophy Clear acne treatment..I thought Proactive did a better job though. Now I cut a lemon and squeeze the juice out and smooth it on my face with a soft towel if I miss a day of use it helps with breakouts. Just make sure to use the lemon at night if you try it. Also use the Proactive treatment at night religiously.

Pros:

Makes you feel as if you are taking action to prevent acne. Clears up skin problems and allows you to have a regiment that's easier to follow than some remedies that involve mixing and sleeping with oil/juice on your face.

Cons:

Doesn't work great for blackheads. Can be expensive and smells sometimes. Can be time consuming, especially if you wash your face twice a day. they can send it to you too often if you sign up for regular shipping.

Tell the company to send the product only once every 24 weeks. Remember that ANY new skin regiment takes at least 3 weeks before you see the results. Skin has a delayed reaction. (What you see today is from your actions three weeks ago.)Make time for you skin and drink plenty of water.

Pros:

Smooth skin

Cons:

Dries skin out to the point where it feels like it's on fire.

I didn't fee it was worth it to buy it. I've been using it for about five weeks and my skin is breaking out. I can't use it more than once a day because my skin feels like it's on fire. It becomes so itchy, it physically pains me to use it more than once a day. I'm pretty much at my wits end, I feel like nothing I try works. Everyone said Proactive was supposed to be amazing, but it's really not.

Been using it for about 10 years....Thought I would share some tips I've learned: 1. Do NOT keep or use the cleanser in the shower. It dilutes it and becomes less effective 2. When you wash your face, scrub for at least a minute. I started doing this and noticed immediate results. 3. Try the advanced bleminsh stuff...it is my miracle cream 4. Use twice a day EVERY DAY or it will not work 5. Take of makeup before washing your face. I like the neutrogena make up remover cloths. this is HUGE Hope that helps

Pros:

clears acne, shrinks pores, clears redness

Cons:

really dryed out my skin, flakey and tight.

Proactive clears acne but can also damage you skin really bad! I reccemmend bying it from the mall and not over the phone. If you have sensative skin...if it burns in a couple of weeks, discontunue use. Over all, I think I am going to stick with the product and give it a couple of weeks.

Pros:

Im just going to say it works.

Cons:

a tad expensive, but is worth it

you just have to be patient with it. Give it 6 months. any product you use should atleast be given 6 months to work. dont say it doesnt work if you've only been on it for 2 weeks. If you get more breakouts, you are probably allergic to it. if so, stop using it. a good idea would be to read the back of every product just so you know if you're using it properly. Also for women, make sure you read the back to make sure what kinds of make-up you should/shouldn't use. it works!

Pros:

Does get rid of acme/pimples

Cons:

it burns the crap outta ur skin leaving it red and peeling,

Proactiv does WORK however it does destroy your skin in the prosses so its fantastic short term, longer than a few months could be very dangerous if you use it daily

had to put a rating when this product doesn't even deserve half a star
im a teen girl born mixed race so i have tan skin and this practically bleached my face and didn't help with the acne either,i was so hung on trying to make this work but it didn't so i gave up on proactiv, the only thing i use from this brand is their rotating cleansing brush cause thats the only useful and helpful thing they have that actually WORKS.

Wow, I would highly recommend you to stop using the brush as well. The reason why I say this is because the brush type facial cleansing system will actually harm your skin! They are too rough for our faces. trust me. If you really need help with your acne and looking for good skin cleansing product, I will be happy to introduce you to what I use.
