Pros:

It appears to work and feels great on your skin.

Cons:

Experienced really dry skin after usage...

It is a product that appears to work. I would reccomend people consult their dermatologist but yes, you should probably try this.... you never know, it might work for you.

Pros:

you will never break out again and your skin will look amazing

Cons:

you must use it religiously to see results

I know first hand what some of you are saying about proactiv making your skin itchy, sensitive, red, etc... That used to happen to me too until i started incorporating a moisturizer into my routine... here are a few tips: Use proactiv night AND day EVERYDAY to see results. Use a moisturizer and sunscreen EVERYDAY OR ELSE YOUR SKIN WILL BECOME RED, IRRITATED, AND/OR FEEL REALLY TIGHT!!! that is the key to proactiv if you follow your regular routine with a moisturizer (i use olay regenerist) then you will see the full results! and SUNSCREEN IS A MUST! acne products leave your skin extra sensitive to the sun... BELIEVE ME I STARTED USING PROACTIV WHEN I WAS IN 6TH GRADE!! I AM NOW 18 YEARS OLD AND A SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL AND THIS STUFF WORKS!!! i also recommend you use an eye cream (I use olay regenerist eye) also don't expect to see perfect skin in a week it takes time but you will notice a big change by week 3!

Pros:

At first it works really well. I felt a difference in the first time I used it. It worked really well.

Cons:

At first your face does dry up a little bit. Also, I have been using the product over a year now. I stopped using it for a month or two (i kept forgetting), and then I started again. It stopped working. Its started working again just recently.

Proactiv works really well. Just make sure you remember to use it twice a day every day.

Pros:

leaves your face feel silky smooth and clean and improves acne.

Cons:

I had small pimples and black spots and itchy.

I use it once a day and help improve my face. This has been the third application and it left my face silky smooth thanks to PROACTIV

Pros:

It makes your skin soft, and it does keep your skin from getting oily or too dry.

Cons:

It smells a little funky, and if you stop using it for even a week your acne might come back.

Proactiv doesn't work as fast as the prescriptions I used to use, but it doesn't make my skin peel like the prescriptions. I noticed that if I go off it for a few days my acne comes back worse, but when I use it again my skin clears quickly. I only use the cleanser once a day, because it is abrasive, but It helps make your pores look smaller. I don't use as much as they say, and I have like 3 bottles of each of the things in my drawer because I got the subscription. Only order one at a time!

Pros:

It does work if its used right

Cons:

Pricey, hassle to keep up with, is dissappointing for the first month or so because you won't see immediate results

It really does work if you simply use it as directed. Don't scrub too hard, and don't pick or pop at blackheads and other acne spots, otherwise it will put all of the time you put in to waste. Stick with it and your skin will look great. Wouldn't recommend trying other products on your skin in addition to this unless your skin has cleared.

Pros:

I don't look like a teenager anymore

Cons:

They didn't have it when I was a teenager & cost

I'm in the middle of the road for acne severity (maybe 30 pimples/day) with sensitive skin and I've tried everything the dermotologist recommended to no avail. I'm lazy and only use the cleanser once in the morning. I think the night creme is a miracle lotion that I only use once a month when hormones dictate I need the extra help. I just ran out and within a week I'm looking like a teenager again. I do wish you could only buy the products you wanted, not the packages. I also tried the tinted moisterizer with SPF and it was great-didn't cause more breakouts like other SPF products. It is strong, like all the others. I use neutrogena face lotion for sensitive skin with SPF and I don't have the peeling problems/redness I used to with the cleanser alone.

Pros:

AMAZING. My skin has never been better. I can actually see my pores. I had quick results, and it's consistant.

Cons:

It took a while for my skin to get used to it. You must have patience. My acne got a little worse before it got better, but it makes sense why. It's getting all of those toxins out. It's worth it. I wish it were a little cheaper, and in stores.

IT'S ALL WORTH IT. BE PATIENT. Yes it can take a while. Yes, it can get worse before it gets better. Suck it up. Nothing is a miracle. But this is the closest thing to it. :)

Pros:

It works if you use it long enough to see the results and if you use the products in a system that works best for your skin.

Cons:

If you purchase online, the company puts you on an automatic shipping and payment plan without your consent. Be careful - this is a pain!

Everyone's skin is different. Use the product long enough to decide what is best for you by starting out with the system they recommend - then adjust as necessary. What works best for me personally is using the cleanser and toner at night and a basic soap in the morning. The lotion makes my skin too oily so I use a different brand of lotion that works best for me. Finding the right system for YOU is the key...

Pros:

It works! I've actually found that it is very inexpensive because even though I use it twice a day, I only need to buy the 3-piece system every 5 months or so. The only thing that has ever worked for me...and I've tried everything for so long!

Cons:

The toner makes me break out, so I no longer use it--they just ship me a customized 3-piece pack that doesn't include toner. I still get occasional acne, but all in all my skin looks much better and I'm very happy with it.

Give it a good honest try--at least six months. I noticed a difference right away, just after a couple of days, so who knows. Best product out there!
