Pros:

The cleanser feels great
Odorless
Doesn't make face feel oily
Leaves face fresh and clean
Acne is reduced after using for few daya

Cons:

Expensive
Does not help future breakouts

Proactiv works, but they give you a bunch of extra crap that you don't need that probably will not help rid your acne. They just want to make money off of you with the green tea moisturizer and daily oil control. All you need is 3 steps. Personally, I would use Clean & Clear.

Pros:

Clearer and softer skin
Cleared skin in 2 weeks
Variety of products

Cons:

Repeating steps twice a day
Expensive
Subscription is necessary
Website - hard to handle

Overall I'm very satisfied with the product, although I wish they had bigger sizes so I wouldn't have to order every 2 months. However, it's just a bit too expensive and I don't like accessing their website. I feel there is too many obstacles to go around before you actually find what you want. I don't like that you have to be a member to get a "discount."

Pros:

-helps minor, small acne
-exfoliates nicely albeit twice a day is a lot
-leaves skin looking very fresh & feeling smooth
-helps control oil if you have oily skin

Cons:

-does nothing for cystic acne (for me anyways)
-I have dry skin already and this made it worse and almost unmanageable even with a very moisturizing moisturizer
-expensive
-must use religiously
-irritates my skin, albeit my skin is sensitive and very pale
-my mom ordered it for me and said the customer service was awful, and I've never heard her complain about any service before
-too much exfoliation in my opinion

If you have mild acne this product would be excellent with a proper moisturizer, but if you're looking for something that will help with cystic I would not recommend this. I was always told and read that you should not exfoliate more than a couple times a week, and this has you exfoliating twice a day - very rough on your skin. If your skin is very sensitive and/or dry I would also not recommend this product as it will more likely do more harm than good! Best of luck. xx

Pros:

Worked from when I was 15-20. Well, it brought my acne from severe to mild.

Cons:

Sometimes it cleared 100%. For the most part, i it never cleared me completely. After 5 years, it stopped working all together. It might be overpriced.

Give it a try. But I think there are cheaper alternatives in Walgreens which have the same ingredients.

Pros:

Clears skin in less than 2 months.
Has a number of different products that you can try on your skin. One of them is bound to work
Can get rid of scars from severe acne.

Cons:

Dries out skin sometimes.
Can make skin very oily.
Costs are high but it's worth it.

Give it a go. If it doesn't work for you and you can't afford, simply don't buy it, or stop buying it.

Pros:

helps with blackheads

Cons:

Drys out your skin

I wanted to write a post because I had tried everything in the past. About 9-8 months ago I started breaking out so bad all over my face. I tried proactive, RX washes, RX pills etc. Turns out... It was my birthcontrol. I was taking loestrin 24 which caused my face to break out with acne all over. I finally figured it out and switch my pill and my acne is gone. So ladies if you are on the pill you might want to look into chaning it!

Pros:

*Got rid of the red bumps and stuff on my face.
*Works fast
*Easy

Cons:

*Really drying
*Caused a lot of pain after a while
*Caused redness, puffiness, and burning

It worked really, but was way too harsh for my skin. I do admit that I have very pale and sensitive skin, and I expected some burning or something, but it was really out of the line. I do not recommend for those like me who need effective, gentle cleansers.

Cons:

horrible customer service

i ordered proactive to try it out. used it a month a worked pretty well after a week or two. it took too long to go through the process for my busy schedual. so i decided to cancel the reocurring shipment of my order. only the second month in and i have already payed $45 or so on the product. i call to cancel and they say i still owe over $40 for some reason. i guess the day i call to cancel, they send 3 months worth of product without any warning. i think its a messed up system they have going to get peoples money...

Pros:

Cleared up my severe acne

Cons:

Terrible customer service

They sent me 2 boxes by mistake and I was nice sent one back which was my big mistake. They received the box and canceled my account. I called wondering why I hadn't received my next shipment, found out it was canceled and went through 30 minutes of explaining to them their mistake. They told me my account was re-activated and to expect a box in 7-10 days, 14 days later I find out they did nothing to my account. Went through the long phone call again to get a new box and this time they said it would be overnighted. Guess what... still no box and its been a week. Find a kiosk and buy it!

Pros:

Got rid of my cystic acne
Repairing lotion has good viscosity
Did not bleach my linens
Green tea moisturizer is amazing
Free deep cleansing brush
Refining mask is nice

Cons:

Expensive for amount of product
Cleanser didn't lather much
Longest lasting hyper-pigmentation I've ever had with any acne

After two months or so, I'm almost completely clear (though I have awful hyper-pigmentation) and am on the last dregs of my three oz bottle of repairing lotion. Compared to Acnefree, Proactiv's BP has a thicker viscosity and is pretty much like a lotion, (though I'd rather it was clear like Acne.org's). The cleanser did not lather as much as I would have liked and the toner wasn't essential to the routine, which made me disappointed in the high price-tag. The green tea moisturizer (free sample size)is amazing. It hydrates and goes on matte. I currently use Acnefree's green tea moisturizer as it is only 10 dollars for 4 oz whereas Proactiv's is 27 dollars an oz. The deep cleansing brush I got for free is also amazing. It is extremely exfoliating and I recommend it to everyone on the Regimen to combat dry and flaky skin. It also seemed to make my hyper-pigmentation fade much faster because of the higher amount of exfoliation it provided. It may or may not be in their catalog now, but the sales rep I IM'd said it would cost 15 dollars and should be replaced as often as your toothbrush but that they do not sell replacement heads. The refining mask is okay. I don't use it often, really just as a spot treatment since it smells funky, but I got it for four dollars on ebay so that's okay. For those who complained that Proactiv bleached their clothes, yes, it can do that. Its a BP solution, that's what it does. Just like Acne.org's BP, it can bleach your clothes and bedding because it is BP. That's why you let it dry before you change or put your face on your pillow. Proactiv essentially works as well as any other BP based acne fighting skincare routine :coughAcne.orgcough: :coughAcnefreecough: but is extremely expensive as you are basically paying 20 dollars a month for one oz of BP. I will be using Acne.org's Treatment from now on as it is 2 dollars an oz and trying out Acne.org's moisturizer against Acnef
