Pros:

None really

Cons:

Made my skin worse. I tried it for a week and it just gave me more pimples.

Proactiv didn't work for me. I went to see a dermatologist and he said it didn't work because there was to much benoyl peroxide for my skin to handle. He put me on a 5% benzoyl peroxide wash which is a perscription the perscription ones have less then the over counter ones. You can also try sylliaclyc acid.

Pros:

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT RATHER PROBLEMS

Cons:

BESIDES BURNING YOUR SKIN FACE, THE COMPANY CHARGES YOU CREDIT CARD FOR THINGS YOU DID NOT ORDER

Unfortunately Drs Rodan & Fields have concentrated in how to get to people's credit cards rather than trying to resolve acne. They are masters in running a successful business, once they get your credit card number; your real headaches begin and in the meantime you start realizing their product doesn't work. However, they keep billing your credit card for even products you did not order. They keep your money hoping you get busy with your life and forget to return for refunds. DO NOT use this company for any of their products. They DO NOT care about your acne, but rather making themselves rich.

Pros:

The mask felt natural

Cons:

Dried my skin out
Made my acne worse
Made my skin really sensitive to other products after stop using Proactiv

I'm 15 years old and hate my acne. I have tons of little red bumps all over my T-Zone. Having acne really lowers my self esteem and my self confidence. A few of my friends told me that Proactiv worked for them and to try it out. My mom and I went to our local mall and got Proactiv at their kiosk. I used it for about a month and nothing happened. My acne wasn't going anywhere and my skin was getting really dry. We decided to stop using it and that it sucked. Before using Proactiv I used a Neutrogena facial cleanser and I spot treated with benzoil poroxide which worked great overnight and I loved it. After using Proactiv and went back to those product(new bottles). The facial cleanser didnt bother my skin but the spot treatment would turn the spot I put it on bright red, swollen, and itchy. I looked like a giant misquito bite. It sucked. It sucked having to go to school looking like that I just recently talked to my doctor about it and she said it was because of the exfoiliator in the Proactiv and she told me that the same thing happened to her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PROACTIV TO ANYBODY

Pros:

Cons:

Doesn't work any better than the reasonably prices systems out there!

If you feel the need to purchase this sub-par system be aware! They will automatically refull your order every three months and charge your credit card without notifying you! At no point during my original order was this communicated to me. Whats worse is that the Customer Care department has no interest in helping out their customers once there is a problem. Bottom line, Proactive makes its money by charging unaware customers for product they did not ask for or require. If the product is as good as it claims to be why would you need to force your customers to buy more? They should be breaking the doors down to get it. Save yourself the time and frustration and go get some Neutrogena!

Cons:

bad service, you don't get your money back. scams

Exactly 4 days ago I placed an order on the proactive website. I paid extra for overnight shipping and I paid with pay pal. I was told I will be receiving a confirmation email after I paid for the order, but I never did. When I try to log onto the website it says that email address is not registered on the website. I was provided an order number when I placed the order, but I did not save it. I contacted proactive customer service to cancel my order, but I was told that they can not cancel my order even though it hasn't been shipped. That is not true! I work for an online company and you can very well easly cancel an order anytime you want. you can even have the package returned back to you if it is shipped out. Before they even searched for my order they said a cancelation is not possible. And when I gave my information they said they can not even find my order. I was also told by a customer service representative to place a new order and pay again this time with credit card. So they wanted me to pay TWICE for something I was not receiving! And they weren't even refunding the pay pal payment! The reason I wanted to cancel my order was because I read so many horrible reviews about the products and because of how long the process was taking. I paid extra for overnight shipping, it has been 4 days. They can not find my order but they took my payment. Be very cautious before buying from them!

Pros:

It cleared my skin a little but not much

Cons:

It caused my skin to dry out despite the fact that I have oily skin, also my acne got worse over time after I stopped using it.

My dad decided to get my brother and Proactiv because we both have acne but ours isn't that bad so I was a little excited to use it but when I started it burned my sensitive skin and after using it it worked but after I stopped it cause my acne to get worse and my skin dried. I tried to use it again but I had to stop after. I saw that it worked for my brother but I won't use it ever, I guess it works for people how have light acne. Also I have read some stories about bad customer service to cancel your order and I didn't have a problem with it. But don't use it if you have sensitive skin!!!!! It will make it worse!!!!

Cons:

Very expensive

This product is very expensive, Did NOT work at all, Customer service was rude. Took money out of my account without permission or as they say if you order on line it automatically comes out monthly. Very Tricky you have to read the fine print..Not at all satisfied.

Pros:

Can buy at the mall one time instead of ordering one after another.

Cons:

Didn't help acne at all. Skin felt clean and skin around acne looked better but didn't reduce acne.

Doesn't work how intended.
