Pros:

I didn't find any.
Made my face red, and very dry.

Cons:

Way too harsh for my Irish skin, especially the cleanser.
Representatives rude
Company continued to bill me because I was a week late returrning unopened product.
No response to a letter to the company.
When called to complain about this practice (with difficulty, after being told it was not possible) I was told they would send me a form, and if I resubmitted it with the UPS documentation of return (which they already had recorded) that would end it. I did that.

They have reported me to a credit agency. They seem to have a user mentality towards their customers. It looks to me like they advertize heavily, and plan to maximize proftis on very short term users. This product is likely only useful to a small proportion of skin types, but they sell it for everyone. Their business practices are very anti-comsumer.

Pros:

Toner smells good

Cons:

Doesn't work
Expensive

I actually enrolled in the program where you pay $25 and get all three items and the free refining mask. Every month it would send me another and take money out of my account. I tried to cancel but it took me a year to finally get them to stop taking money out. I had to file a complaint through my bank who blocked them. The treatment itself didn't work any better than any other treatment. I tried Acne Free which seemed to work better than Proactive. Still not great. Now the company sends me cards reminding me to purchase from them again. I'll never go back after what I went through.

Pros:

Not Much

Cons:

Didn't Work. They Ruined My Credit.

Tried Proactiv on their 30 day trial period. Didn't work for me. Called and cancelled the automatic shipment they were going to charge me for. They informed me that It was already sent out and that Id have to call back after I recieved it. I recieved the package and sent it back instantly so I wouldn't get charged. Long story short they told me they didn't get the package in time and now I was left with a $68.00 bill. Refused to pay it and they sent me to collections. Always had a perfect credit score till now. I would highly advise against using their products.

Pros:

None At ALL

Cons:

Caused worse achne than I ever had in my entire life. Caused like 5 months plus of pain and embarrassment.

I would never buy any product from these guys again. I used the original version back in the day but this Sh!t just caused massive zits within like two days of use. Like so big you have to pop them and then you get more after doing that. Then once you get rid of those another set comes in. It was a never ending cycle. I did everything right and even waiting 6 weeks to quit the product. Pure garbage, it also left these damn red marks that don't go away and I never get achne scars. Oh and 19.99 my ass.

Pros:

None

Cons:

It didnt do anything to help me! I've struggled with acne since I hit the 4th grade and my mom decided to try it out cause nothing was working. I used it for about 5 months and it made my skin try out, it was expensive, it made my acne worse, it made me skin red, etc. It's the worst.

I'm sure if you have light acne it would work great. But who actually has light acne? And why would you spend 30 dollars on it a month if you have light acne. It makes your acne worse and it bascially sucks. Dont get it.

Rubbish
Rubbish! I've tried and tested this, used it religiously for 2 months and i had no results. My skin was oiler and that caused more breakouts! I'm now on the acne.org regimen, it's day 4 and already I see results!!!

super disappointed.
the only time i had EVER gotten breakouts was of course, that time of the month ... until i started using proactive, i figured at first that it was just cleaning my skin.. bringing the dirt to the surface and that was just the start of the product... it wasnt! i used this product religiously, and it continuously dried my skin out (especially my t-zone) AND the breakouts continued, it took a couple months to get my skin back on track (re-hydrated and to stop breaking out) i guess my skin just didn't react properly with this product, but it isn't something i would re-purchase. i spent a good 60 dollars on this and i'm super disappointed. the ONE product i liked, and only liked it because it was zapping the pimples away was the refining mask. that's something you could buy on it's own and it would work just fine. now back to the bad...the micro beads don't go into your skin and clean it out, it's almost like it glides over top.... like sandpaper. i believed to helped minimize the pimple but in the absolute wrong way! it seemed to be prone to give acne scarring because of the fact it wasn't getting rid of the pimple the proper way, just "sandpaper-ing" it away.

Blow over this and find another product.
I didn't have any breakouts until I used this. It is very strong and full of peroxide. It dried my skin when used as directed. It seems like a product that tries to make your skin addicted to using it, which is a losing battle I don't want to start. If you bought it and want to use, I suggest using less than what is recommended. I'm using smaller than a pea size, but I can feel a build of weird oils in my skin that I have never felt before and I developed bumps and broke out immediately after one use. This stuff is terrible.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PROACTIVE!
A NO STAR RATING IF POSSIBLE! I PLACED A ONE TIME ORDER TO PROACTIVE AND PAID MY BILL VIA CREDIT CARD. IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS I RECEIVED ANOTHER SHIPMENT THAT I DID NOT ORDER. WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, PROACTIVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A PRODUCT I DID NOT WANT OR ORDER. I PROMPTLY RETURNED THEIR PRODUCT AND REQUESTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO REVERSE THE CHARGES THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF REPEATED UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGES BY PROACTIVE, I EVENTUALLY HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD TO ELIMINATE FUTURE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. 6 MONTHS LATER I CONTINUE TO RECEIVE BILLS FROM PROACTIVE THREATENING ME TO PAY MY BILL OR THEY WILL SEND MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS. PROACTIVE HAS UNSCRUPULIOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT GIVE PROACTIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

Pros:

It will completely dry out your skin.I used proactive for two weeks. My skin is still trying to recover . Dont count on money back guarantee.

Cons:

Do not trust this company. I bought a trial size in the last week of January .By the second week I was charged 49.68 and was being sent the actual size product.I also was charged for the vitamins 39.00 so once the two pagages were recieved they were returned back to the post office. I was refunded 26.00 dollars for the vitamins and was charged an extra 60.00 dollars . Proactive will not refund my money because I dont have proof of mailing(which I was not told I would need in order for a refund)

If you want to give your credit card information to a sleezy dishonest company please make sure u call procative. if you read more posts you will find that i am not the only person this happend to
