Pros:

Works wonders for the first 2 weeks
Easy to use
Doesn't burn/peel/dry out skin

Cons:

After 2 weeks it stopped working and I am back where I started
The lotion is very irritating when you have any inflammation
Costly

It does work but it doesn't last unfortunatly, I am waiting till it runs out then moving on to a new product.

Pros:

Fresh face
Reduced redness for a bit
Dried out zits

Cons:

Broke out
Dry, flaky skin
Didn't get rid of red spots after zits

I WOULDN'T recommend this product for anyone with sensitive skin. This may work for people who have skin that can tolerate the ingredients of the Clinique Acne Solutions; however, I have a very sensitive face, and the products made my skin worse than before I started the regimen. My face became very irritated and stressed out from the products and I am currently recovering from the harsh week.

Pros:

nothing much

Cons:

clinique is not a company that should be in acne care

Clinique sort of portrays themselves as a company that caters to the middle age working woman who still wants a little color. Look at their makeup - it's all very neutral and packaged very un-trendy. Acne is mainly a problem for teens and 20 somethings so either they are marketing this towards older people with acne, or they are out of touch with younger people's skin. I know people with good skin that have used their products and found that it was too heavy or broke them out.

Pros:

Fun to put on

Cons:

Runs out super quickly. Doesn't significantly reduse acne.

I've used this product in the past. I tried following the steps but they only lasted a couple weeks and are expensive to replace, mentioning they come in such small packaging. Even after using this for a couple months, I expected for my acne to go down, but it stayed the same. This is a waste of money so don't use it.

Pros:

Um..None

Cons:

Expensive
Doesnt Work
Have the shake the toner before each use

After using Proactiv Extra Strength for the past 5 years I noticed that my skin was becoming immune to it and I was breaking out more and more. I decided to try Clinque's Acne Solutions because I read some reviews on the Clinque site and it sounded like it could work. I was mistaken! My face got so much worse! I had 6-10 LARGE INFLAMED pimples around my nose and mouth. Then I got all my baby acne back. My forhead was covered in tiny whiteheads. I hadnt had those in years! After using for a month I decided to go back to Proactiv and WITHIN THREE days, my skin looked noticeablely better. I will never stray from Proactiv again!

Pros:

-Moisturizer was amazing!
-Cleared up my skin quickly for a few weeks

Cons:

-EXPENSIVE
-Didn't keep my skin clear for long

I found that the cleanser worked for a few weeks, and then my acne reappeared. I wouldn't waste your money on the entire kit, because as a whole, it won't help anymore than cheap drugstore products. That being said, Clinique moisturizer is wonderful!! I highly recommend spending the money on it and pairing it with inexpensive cleansers (like Proactiv!!).

Pros:

none

Cons:

no effect, expensive, wierd smell for clarifying lotion

I have just used the clarifying lotion and soap; both to no effect. I have used them for more than six months now, but there has still been no change in my acne. that was about forty dollars down the drain, all for wierd smelling liquid and regular soap.

Cons:

Moisturizer burns horribly, my breakouts are worse, and my skin feels like sandpaper.

I have sensitive, oily skin and have been using this product for about a month now. I've learned to avoid using the moisturizer on my cheeks because the burn stings far too much. It's a worse burn than any other product. When I was still using the moisturizer, I was appalled at how my skin dried up. My skin felt like sandpaper. My blemishes haven't reduced at all. I'd say from all the positive reviews, maybe try it- but it didn't work at all for me.

Pros:

NONE.

Cons:

Didn't work. Left me with more breakouts than before.

This stuff is an expensive piece of crap. It does not work. It caused more zits (for me).
December 14, 2009

Pros:

Doesn't make my skin break out more

Cons:

Doesn't ever completely go away

This product is not consitent at all. I've been using it for a while now and it made a slight difference in the begining. This is the best product I've used so far but it still never gives me completely clear skin. I'm gonna keep trying it for another month and then I'm giving up hope..
