Adult Acnomel : Acne Medication

I don't have acne but more of a rosacea type dermatitis that has plagued me for several years and this product has stopped the b umps from occuring.The sulpher seems to keep the bumps at bay and I recommend keeping it on your skin to keep the l lesions from forming.

The smell is completely worth it. It is sort of like a mask in how quickly it works. I use it at night and have a wonderful microdermabrasion cloth that I wash with in the morning. So basically, it dries everything up, to be fair it makes the skin a little dull looking I guess from the dry skin, but the cloth takes care of that and finally I am not the old crone with gray hair and pimples! Buy it! Try it! Worth the smell. Without a doubt worth the smell. I have used about everything on the market and was considering a home microdermabrasion unit. Seriously. Now, I don't need it. At least not for acne. Now I am worrying about these pesky crows feet!

I wanted a sulfur spot treatment for overnight. I was spot treating with Queen Helene's Mint Julep but I wanted something that I could blend better into my skin than a bright green paste. LOL Unfortunately for me, this cream is tinted a shade lighter than me. Since I'm only using it at night it doesn't really matter. All of that aside, it works great. My skin really responds well to sulfur. So, I use my Dr. Joesoef's 10% sulfur soap in the morning. At night, I wipe my face with warm water and a washcloth/microfiber cloth and then put on the Acnomel. Sometimes I'll just put it on certain spots but lately I've been mixing it with a small amount of my shea butter mix so that it can spread easier. I felt two cystic acne spots forming (TTOM) and I spread this stuff on my face at nightand the cystic acne spots are gone. No hyperpigmentation marks either (which happens sometimes). Works great! I'm very impressed. I love this product! It's the only product that cured my acne. Now I have very light or no acne; but before using this product I had very severe acne. Especially after taking Niaspan that one of my doctors prescribed me for high cholesterol - my acne rosacea was out of control! I highly recommend this product, the cons are really not a big deal - the results are spectacular. Good luck to all!

I've loved this product for years!

I started using this after I stopped using benzoyl peroxide which I had been using for 4 years (which never really worked that well). Acnomel seemed to get rid of my breakouts at first and I was enjoying my hydrated and more even skin tone compared to when I was using BP, so I had high hopes. But... it never ended up really working. I continued to have moderate breakouts the same as when I was on BP. So I quit.

i'm 20 years old. I've had clear skin until i got to college then acne just took over my face. I've had a really bad cysitc pimple that has literally been on my face for one month. nothing i did would get rid of it. I got this product two days ago, and that one pimple has DRAMATICALLY reduced. its nothing short of amazing. all my other little zits and an emerging cyst are now all completely flat. i'm amazed at how well this stuff worked for me. I just use it at night. after washing my face, i put on my moisterizer, then i put this stuff on like a spot treatment, and go to bed. then i wake up with clearer skin. what more could a girl want?

Highly recommended product!

This stuff works well for zits, stopped up oil glands and most other skin problems. They talk about a bad odor, you don't eat it!
