Pros:

Worked asap on my chin acne. Get a few red nasty looking pimples that occasionally turn into something horrific. Acnomel cleared them dowm to barely noticeable in one night. I CANNOT believe I've wasted money on salycitic acid and benzoil peroxide

Cons:

It dries to a paste and the color is for caucasians and I'm black. Who cares

The best thing since sliced bread.

Pros:

It's about the best product I have ever used! I have been to the best derms, followed their expensive prescription recommendations and found Adult Acnomel to take care of the occassional acne I get now and then. Immediate results

Cons:

The tinted color shows, so I only use at night

Great product. A little hard to find as the distribution seems limited.

Pros:

Sulfur works great, esp for cystic acne (cleared mine in 2-3 days). Extremely inexpensive.

Cons:

It's tinted.

I wanted a sulfur spot treatment for overnight. I was spot treating with Queen Helene's Mint Julep but I wanted something that I could blend better into my skin than a bright green paste. LOL Unfortunately for me, this cream is tinted a shade lighter than me. Since I'm only using it at night it doesn't really matter. All of that aside, it works great. My skin really responds well to sulfur. So, I use my Dr. Joesoef's 10% sulfur soap in the morning. At night, I wipe my face with warm water and a washcloth/microfiber cloth and then put on the Acnomel. Sometimes I'll just put it on certain spots but lately I've been mixing it with a small amount of my shea butter mix so that it can spread easier. I felt two cystic acne spots forming (TTOM) and I spread this stuff on my face at nightand the cystic acne spots are gone. No hyperpigmentation marks either (which happens sometimes). Wonderful for cystic acne. If you have acne and nothing's working, give sulfur a try, see if it works for yo

My face ist completely clear!

You know what? After 2 weeks of treatment my skin looks looks completely renewed! I don't have no pimples, cysts and even the old scars disappear. I feel like having make up all the time!

Pros:

got rid of acne quickly. also reduced redness by a lot.

Cons:

none. i can deal with the smell, and the smell doesn't linger anyway.

i'm 20 years old. I've had clear skin until i got to college then acne just took over my face. I've had a really bad cysitc pimple that has literally been on my face for one month. nothing i did would get rid of it. I got this product two days ago, and that one pimple has DRAMATICALLY reduced. its nothing short of amazing. all my other little zits and an emerging cyst are now all completely flat. i'm amazed at how well this stuff worked for me. I just use it at night. after washing my face, i put on my moisterizer, then i put this stuff on like a spot treatment, and go to bed. then i wake up with clearer skin. what more could a girl want?

Pros:

I just bought this stuff yesterday and I already see improvement in my skin! I hope it keeps working this well as I am in my 40's and am SOOO tired of having acne. Ugh!

Cons:

None...I don't hate the smell, I could care less about the color as long as it works and so far it does.

Try it! It may not work for everyone but it sure as heck seems to be working for me. (and yes I have tried every other thing ever made on the market)

Pros:

A pharmasist gave me my first tube in 1962, have been using ACNOMEL ever since!!!! nothing compares to it!!!

Cons:

Hard to find in drug stores

Pros:

Dries them up fast!

Cons:

Does not go well under makeup so I only use at night...smell is sulfury but i can live with that.

its a great acne spot treament it will shrink those pimples and eliminate redness without overdrying

Pros:

The best acne medicine by far! I'm 55, and I've used it off and on as an adult as needed. As a teenager, I used it with great results.

Cons:

Absolutely NONE!

Highly recommended product!
