Pros:

I tried this on 2 spots that used to be cysts for the first time last night. I am very pleased with the results as both spots look significantly better. The bigger one shows the most improvement. It is not completely flat and has a tad of redness.

Cons:

The packaging could be more appealing to the eye. I almost didn't see this stuff on the shelf. You can only get it at select stores. It is hard to find.

You have nothing to lose but your acne! Great product. I highly urge everyone to do their research on this stuff. It doesn't have benzoyl peroxide or salysic acid like those other creams. This stuff have 8% sulfur and 2% resorcinol. I would recommend this product to anyone because it works and it is inexpensive.

Pros:

It does work without over-drying my skin. If you live in a dry climate use a light moisturizer first. I am 45+....this is the first product that has smoothed my skin in years. No more little bumps, no more pimples. I will buy it again.

Cons:

The consistency is mucky and it has a sulfur-ish odor....but if it works....who cares if it doesn't smell pretty.

I have tried every thing at a much higher price. A product under 10 dollars that works is a bargain.

Pros:

Been dealing with horrible acne issues for years and years and this is the only stuff that not only dries up pimples ASAP, but it has prevented my usual breakouts. I love this stuff.

Cons:

The only thing that's a little cumbersome is the consistency. It's not that bad....I leave it on all day under makeup and it feels slightly masky, but not cakey. I find that if I put lotion on over top after it dries its not as bad.

I've tried everything (over and behind the counter) and this is the only thing that works. For 10.99 what's not to love?

Pros:

In the 4 days I've been using this is has cleared up 3 brand new cystic pimples! Sulfer works very well for me and this stuff has 8% in it! Also it helps keep my very oily skin less greasy!!

Cons:

It doesn't seem to spread well on my skin. When I use it alone it kind of feels like I'm wearing a super thin clay mask. I've found that if I put on oil free moisturizer then immediately apply acnomel I get a much better consistency.

This product is amazing!!! I've been going to the dermatologist for over 10 years, have used differin, triaz, and a million other products and this one is at the top of my list so far!

Pros:

It works quickly and does not stain fabric like benzoyl peroxide does and works MUCH better!

Cons:

Can be drying and is hard to find

I have been on everything for acne, even Accutane.. (which did work, but is not safe and when you go off of it, your skin tends to go back to its old ways) This is the only affordable and safe option and I have tried everything and anything.. This is great for people whose skin does not respond well to salicylic acid and/or benzoyl peroxide creams... It does not necessarily prevent breakouts, but does treat them quickly!

Pros:

This stuff works amazing!! I was on anti-botic and clindamycin phosphate! This product did a much better job at clearing up my skin. I would recommend it to anyone and the "tint" was a plus for me!

Cons:

dried up my skin a little..but I would rather have dry skin than acne skin, it needs to be advertised a little better

It works the best. Very glad I found it.
