Pros:

excellent quality and easy to use....I have used Acnomel since the early 70's... There also used to be Acnomel in cake form which I loved, but the company discontinued it.... Acnomel is hard to find ... but Rite Aid, and Walgreens have it

Cons:

none that I can think of... I got to a point where I needed extra help , and added a well known system to my treatment.

A wonderful product that works ... I still wish the cake form was available too though.

Pros:

I am 44. I had serious acne in my teens and early 20's I went to the dermo and used everything except acutaine. Nothing every really worked...except acnomel. I no longer suffer from acne, but now my 14 year old uses it.

Cons:

Really none. It always made my face feel cleaner and tighter and I liked that it was flesh colored.

This is the best thing I have tried for acne. I brought my daughter to a dermo in the for a sudden flair up with acne, and $110 dollars in prescription gels/ointments later (that's after insurance), she still prefers the acnomel like her mom.

Pros:

Works better anything I have been using it for 20+ years.

Cons:

Very hard to find! Why are the best products always discontinued or hard find?

I wish it was more readily available.

Sceptic Turned Believer
I am a 30-year-old female suffering from occasional outbreaks of cystic acne. I believe it is due to hormonal imbalance as I have PCOS. I have tried many products to try and help clear up my cystic acne internal and external treatments. I have recently discovered Adult Acnomel that is very effective in halting cystic pimples from growing into enormous cystic mountains. When I feel a tender spot forming, I immediately apply the acnomel cream to the spot. This stopped the pimple from growing. The more times I applied it, the faster the cystic pimples shrank. The color became chalky on my skin after it dried, so I would recommend using it at night. I cant believe it took me 15+ years to discover this treatment but I'm sure glad I did! The price is very reasonable ($9) which is well worth every penny of the results. Now all I have to do is clear up the acne scars and I will be free of this nightmare acne!
