Pros:

The heat soothed sore pimples

Cons:

Not enough uses
Doesn't work on cyst/ nodular acne

I bought this product on about 4 weeks ago. The first week I had to replace it because there 4 dots in a row that show how much usage you have left. By the 4th day of using it was down to the third to last button. So, I took it back and the store replaced it. Probably about 2 weeks later I noticed the same thing and took it back again. This make 1 week since I have had it the second replacement and its down to the the second row of usage. I know that I am not using this product enough for the usage buttons to indicate lesser time. I reviewed this item before purchasing I was well aware that is not compatible for severe acne however some reviews stated that it still worked. FALSE!!!! I put it on my hard pimples and they do nothing from them. I still have hyperpigmentation from the pimple. My face looks a mess. I have to wear gobs of makeup to camouflage my acne scars. Very unhappy with this product. I'm just going to go ahead and use the rest of whats left as the hotness really helps stop the soreness even if only briefly. I'm waiting for my accutane to come in the mail because I cant take this outbreaks anymore :(

Pros:

Shrinks most zits in just one or two treatments.

Cons:

Expensive, hard to keep it on the zit.

I have the 'mini' one and use it for nodular acne. After one treatment the zit is usually smaller and less painful. It helps them go away quicker.

Pros:

Portable size

Cons:

Pricey product that only works for the mildest form of acne

Zeno is intended only for people with the mildest form of acne, which is interesting considering that the majority of people spending thousands of dollars on acne treatments like this aren't those who get a pimple ever now and then. It wasn't until I opened the box that I saw it is NOT intended for black heads, white heads, and inflamed/moderate acne. Since the pimples I had bought it for were inflamed I waited to use it on the type it suggests. The heat was a little intense (and yes I tested it on my forearm first), but as anyone who has struggled with acne will tell you, you endure pain for the promise of positive results. Well my pimple didn't go away; in fact it got worse and stayed longer, but I persisted. I used it for a month but the last time it left a 'boxcar' scar on my face. I, of course, am disgusted. Unfortunately, I wanted to believe that it would eventually work and I let my 30 days pass. Now I'm stuck with it. This product may work for you but it did nothing

Pros:

the heat is soothing, might help a little, 30 day $ back

Cons:

expensive, didn't work for me

I have seen several reviews where people said they are suspicious of the negative reviews and they are "plants". I am suspicious of THOSE reviews. Nothing will work for everyone. I am just a regular person with moderate acne. It didn't burn me or hurt or anything, but didn't make a single pimple "disappear". I bought it hoping that I wouldn't have to pop them and have scars, but no luck. If it works for you, great, nothing to lose, you can get your money back (like I am going to). Maybe it works better on very mild acne. I asked the lady at the pharmacy where I bought it and she said that they have sold 4 and 3 have been returned. It is NOT a miracle cure.

Pros:

zilch, nada, nought, nothing, rein

Cons:

I had to order this from America, when i finally got it after 3 weeks and a loss of 230 bucks, my hope sank almost immediately, does nothing!

Nice advertising on websites. Watch out for sites with rave reviews, even this one, most of them are directly from the company making the product

Pros:

Feels nice and toasty on your face.

Cons:

Expensive. Did not work for me.

Zeno did not work for me. A gentleman stated putting warm water in a sandwhich bag and it will do just the same. Honestly, I will have to agree with him. I think the aggrivating thing is I chase pimples on a daily basis. I might wake up thinking my skin looks ok by the end of the day there are 5 more zits popping out. I would be using the zeno for hours! Maybe if you have great skin and an occasional zit this will work for you! But at 35 I am suffering with breakouts! Good luck!

Pros:

Seems to make SMALL pimples less visible in 24-48 hours

Cons:

VERY expensive, replacement tips are unnecissary but required and are also VERY expensive! Does not work on larger pimples and doesn't prevent acne nor clear post-acne scars.

I purchased this because I was desperate and wanted to try this out - I was hoping for a miracle. And if you are too (hopeing for a miracle with this "zit zapper") then I would suggest to just stand clear and stay away. This device is not a miracle because I cannot say for sure that it is what helped my larger pimples. I started using Clean & Clear Acne Control Kit shortly after I started using Zeno and that's when I started seeing results. I did notice overnight results with the Zeno on my smaller pimples, which could have possibly gotten larger if I didn't just the device, but I am more satisfied with the Clean & Clear Kit. Overall, I would not recommend the Zeno because it's much too expensive and doesn't give any miricles for anyone with none to minimal acne pimples. Probably works for a small zit here and there, but not worth the money.

Pros:

Nothing really....

Cons:

Didn't work at all for me. Leaves skin hot and red after use (for at least a few hours). Doesn't clear pimples at all, I have used it for 6 months now hoping..... nope. Doesn't do a damn thing, what a waste of money.

Not a good product.
