Pros:

Suppresses pimple formation (50% of time), comfortable heat

Cons:

expensive, doesn't always work, no good on whiteheads, constant need for charging

This product works best if you catch the impending pimple in its infancy, otherwise it's a 50/50 shot it will work at all. If you have a lot of pimples, it can be very time consuming to zap each one, as it takes 4 minutes per pimple. I have to say that overall, Zeno has prevented what would have otherwise been HUGE embarrassing pimples - that is, when I was able to catch them early enough.

Pros:

Flattens Cystic acne before it inflames, Stops some milder forms of acne.

Cons:

You have to be able to catch the acne early enough. If you don't it just makes it worse. And even though it does flatten cystic acne and some other types of acne that are further along (not just forming) it causes dark spots to form and discomfort.

If your out of ideas or only have mild acne its proabably worth a try. If you can't predict when your acne's going to flare up until its already formed a ball beneath you skill then don't bother. It doesn't work well enough for it's cost and the replacement cartridges are expensive.

Pros:

doesnt hurt

Cons:

expensive

so i just bought the mini zeno today. I used it on two pimples, which had already matured(your supposed to use it before it has matured) by the time i took it off, the two pimples had decreased by half. There was some redness, although i presume this will go down soon. I will post tomorrow and let you know if they are gone!! I am looking forward to using this on acne that is just begining to show.

Pros:

Truly does work-very happy with it

Cons:

expensive but well worth it

I have mild acne but tend to get a few big pimples a month(usually around my cycle) and I hate it b/c they are so noticeable. I used to use benzoyl peroxied but it would take so long to get the big ones to disappear so I decided to try Zeno and I'll tell you what within one treatment they were already have the size and now by the second treatment they are almost gone-it's truly amazing. Try it-it's worth it!!

Pros:

It works good for early zits or to make zits go away faster make them look less noticable

Cons:

price is expenisve buying a new tip every 60 cycles is kinda a scam for 25 bucks atwalgreens

great to run it with accutane incase u get a random zit here and their it works great to take them down faster helps take out a zit u notice is coming if u can afford it buy it try looking for it on ebay

Pros:

I get huge cystic acne, which it claims it does not help. However, I have noticed that it DOES shrink most acne. All my pre-existing pimples are smaller, many have dissapeared in a few days, and the ones I caught before they emerged are gone.

Cons:

Very expensive. $140 at Wal-mart. Also, You have to buy a replacement tip every 60 uses. But if you are like me you will pay any amount of money to control your crazy skin.

Seems to be working for me, but I am also using Benzaclin (a prescription cream) which I recommend to use as well. The only thing that has cleared my skin 100% is Yaz and I am trying to get back on it as soon as I have my next doctor's appt. I strongly recommend Yaz for any woman with moderate acne. I will always keep Zeno in my arsenal though.

Pros:

Did not irritate skin. Seemed to calm down small pimples.

Cons:

Took many treatments to make a small difference. New pimples seemed to sprout very close to the one I was trying to get rid of! Too Expensive

I am going to return it! It is very expensive an I will have to buy refills every two weeks at the ate I am using it. A note to those who have the Mini. I started with that one. It used so many batteries that I gave up and bought the rechargable one. If it works for you I am glad-but not for me, too expensive-not good results. Sad too, I really wanted it to work. I bought this at Wal-Mart, they were very accomodating about returns within the 30 days...don't bother with the company.
