Pros:

Suppresses pimple formation (50% of time), comfortable heat

Cons:

expensive, doesn't always work, no good on whiteheads, constant need for charging

This product works best if you catch the impending pimple in its infancy, otherwise it's a 50/50 shot it will work at all. If you have a lot of pimples, it can be very time consuming to zap each one, as it takes 4 minutes per pimple. I have to say that overall, Zeno has prevented what would have otherwise been HUGE embarrassing pimples - that is, when I was able to catch them early enough.

Pros:

doesnt hurt

Cons:

expensive

so i just bought the mini zeno today. I used it on two pimples, which had already matured(your supposed to use it before it has matured) by the time i took it off, the two pimples had decreased by half. There was some redness, although i presume this will go down soon. I will post tomorrow and let you know if they are gone!! I am looking forward to using this on acne that is just begining to show.

Pros:

works on smaller, newly forming pimples best.

Cons:

darn $$ but I found a loophole.....

Hello I bought my Zeno last week after reading many reviews. I know it's not for cystic acne (although some people claims it worked on theirs). I had a dime sized, squishy cyst for over a month. Had it injected with cortisone 3 times...to no avail. I used the Zeno and it seemed to flatten it out--but it came right back hours later. I tried the Zeno on small forming pimples next and that seemed to work fine. I'll keep the Zeno for those little ones. Money-saving trick: when the Zeno is ready for use and the green light flashes telling you to begin cycle...don't push it. Apply Zeno to area and let the green button beep, when it's done and powers down, power Zeno back on, it'll still be the right temp. You just have to time out 2 1/2 minutes in your head or on a kitchen timer. Using Zeno this way prevents you from using up the pre-set cycles and needing more.

Pros:

You can actually feel your cyst being exterminated from the inside, its pretty cool!

Cons:

You need to hold this thing on EACH pimple for 2.5 minutes. The replacement tips are a hassle to keep buying

I use this product whenever i feel a pimple coming up, I can tell when i wash my face and I hit a pressure point that feels like a pimple under my skin, I jus whip-out my Zeno and ZAP that S.O.B. WORKS WONDERS!!!!

Pros:

DOES works on cystic ance that hasn't yet or barely broke the surface of the skin.

Cons:

does NOT work on whiteheads, blackheads or red marks or scars. actually might cause a little scarring or iritation if used to often.

I've burned myself with it once on a cyst zit that hadn't broke the surface yet and developed a lovely blister but no zit. then I was a genius and popped the blister and develpoed a huge red mark type burn on my face. I did use it to much on that paticular zit. live and learn. overall good product but use with extreme caution.

Pros:

Flattens Cystic acne before it inflames, Stops some milder forms of acne.

Cons:

You have to be able to catch the acne early enough. If you don't it just makes it worse. And even though it does flatten cystic acne and some other types of acne that are further along (not just forming) it causes dark spots to form and discomfort.

If your out of ideas or only have mild acne its proabably worth a try. If you can't predict when your acne's going to flare up until its already formed a ball beneath you skill then don't bother. It doesn't work well enough for it's cost and the replacement cartridges are expensive.

Pros:

I get huge cystic acne, which it claims it does not help. However, I have noticed that it DOES shrink most acne. All my pre-existing pimples are smaller, many have dissapeared in a few days, and the ones I caught before they emerged are gone.

Cons:

Very expensive. $140 at Wal-mart. Also, You have to buy a replacement tip every 60 uses. But if you are like me you will pay any amount of money to control your crazy skin.

Seems to be working for me, but I am also using Benzaclin (a prescription cream) which I recommend to use as well. The only thing that has cleared my skin 100% is Yaz and I am trying to get back on it as soon as I have my next doctor's appt. I strongly recommend Yaz for any woman with moderate acne. I will always keep Zeno in my arsenal though.
