Pros:

Does great job on "flattening" out those big occasional pimples

Cons:

Too pricy. does not stay true to its purpose

Ok i bought this because i get random pimples occasionally and i was like oh this is great let me try it, blah is all i can say way toooo expensive the least it could do was get rid of them, it only flattened them for an extended period of time and then they where back to normal and thats after i had applied the seno 4x's. may help a little bit but thats about it zapzyt acne treatment gel those a better job for under 8 bucks.

Pros:

It made me feel proactive, the carry case was pretty, and I liked the pink colour

Cons:

It wasn't worth the money, it was hot, 2 minutes is too long to sit there burning your face, it's a rip-off since the cartridges need to be replaced, too complicated, takes too long

This did not help at all, I can't find a pimple so early that it's not showing, and the Zeno didn't really help at all once I found even the smallest, earliest one. It was just a huge hassel, and didn't clear up my acne. If you're going to buy it, trust me, BUY AT SEPHORA!!! They have their own 30 day return policy, so no matter what, you use it, you don't like it, you return it, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!! Now I use benzoyl peroxide, 5%, on any acne I see, next day or 2, it's gone, and it costs like 10 bucks. The cartridge refill system sucks, even after the initial charge for the machine, it's like $60 per refill.

Pros:

Did seem to flatten out pimple, so it was easy to cover up.

Cons:

Didn't actually get rid of the pimple, especially not within the 24 hours. Not for blackheads, or whiteheads.

Although it did seem to help a little for that one pimple that you may get "once a month", it definately doesn't seem to be worth the money.

Pros:

none

Cons:

absolutely sucked. it was really expensive and did not work on the big pimples. old scars weren't even silentley faded.

if your hoping for a miricle don't even bother. i was desperate and it did not work out. my suggestion is that ir you need acne to go away use a regular acne treatment or Differin. that worked a whole lot better than this did.

Pros:

looks awesome! easy to use

Cons:

really doesnt work, at least not for 150 bucks

it looks like a next generation acne hunter but it really doesn't live up to its looks. I have mild acne and the manual said that the zeno will only work for mild acnes, but i still have breakouts and my pimples still form as they would usually do. The zeno did work on small pimples, but on the big ones that you want it to go away, the zeno is not the answer

Pros:

it helped some of my pimples but overall didn't really affect anything.

Cons:

if you do multiple treatments in one setting, it can be time consuming. the instructions say to use it "as soon as you feel a pimple coming on" and i've done that plenty of times and the pimple just got bigger instead of going away...

too much money, too little effect.

Pros:

Small

Cons:

have to wait for it to begin, have to press it for a while
IT DID LEAVE ME A hyperpigmentation SCAR...but my skin scars easily.

I had two pimples. I used zeno on one and not the other. Yes, the former pimple subsided quicker compared to the latter. BUT...it left a bigger and redder hyper-pigmentation mark. My conclusion is that if you have sensitive skin that gets red marks easily after pimples are gone you should probably stay away from zeno or use it when you feel a pimple coming and not on existing pimples or spots that have reoccuring pimples. Overall this technology is under-impressive and there are better spot heat spot treatment now (a new one came out that requires only a 2 second heat i think it's called thermaclear or something)

Pros:

small and easy to carry everywhere. 30 days money back is really convininent, you will need that option!

Cons:

device and treatements are expensive.

adantages : I've used zeno for 1 month. it didn't make my acne worse, but there was no magic results. the pimples became smaller and flat after you used it, but in few minutes they look the same as they did before the treatement. the redness stays for only few minutes. disadvantages: it is ideal if you have 1 or 2 pimples, but if you have more than that, the treatements get expensive($100 a month) it's very time consuming(2 and a half minutes for each pimple 3 times a day), it takes it forever to heat up and it needs to be charged after just 3 treatements, which is annoying.

Pros:

Helps make the pain from cysts a little more tolerable. Helps flatten
*some* blemishes. Works best when you apply it to something you can feel forming.

Cons:

Price! Especially when you have to buy refill cartridges. Doesn't work on blemishes near the mouth for some reason. One of the blemishes I used it on left a huge indentation scar on the side of my face. Be careful!

I am not 100% sold on this yet. I will say it helps with the pain and I think it speeds up the healing time more than anything. I will reccommend it for people with blemishes that come to a head but not for people with cysts because of the scarring risk.

Pros:

it has helped dry out a few spots on my face which lead to quicker healing.

Cons:

not effective enough! also- if you don't catch the pimple at just the "right" time it can make your acne worse. i do not believe that enough time and research was put into this device.

not worth it. way too expensive for spotty results. too difficult to determine whether or not your zit will be helped by your zeno.
