i have some really dumb questions.. please bare with me ....but ..... do you leave your acne cream on till morning or just wash it off after 10 minutes? i'm using neutrogena on the spot treatment righ...

umm this might be a stupid question but can someone recommend a good fish oil product to buy? i mean there are so many kinds out there right now , i had a hard time choosing one lol
