Red marks fade with time. Acne scars can be corrected by dermabrasion. They aren't even that bad dude! Keep your head up high, others have it worse than you do.

Looking good. Most of his forehead looks like its just hyperpigmentation. Honestly I think forehead pigment clears the quickest, followed by the chin, then the cheeks. Goodluck with the progress

I wouldn't necessarily give up all dairy, maybe just limit the amounts of dairy you consume? I'd still stay away from ice cream and I wouldn't drink an entire gallon of milk

After a few weeks your skin will get used to it and it will stop getting irritated.
