When they say don't touch your face, do they mean that touching your face in a certain area will cause breakouts in that area?

Say I were to touch the middle of my forehead, will the bacteria cause a breakout on that specific spot i touched, or will it also spread to other places around my face?

like if you have dirty hand and you rub your cheek, depending on how reactive your skin is you can get spots. :/

it means dont touch your face at all because your hands are always have germs on them
