i was getting breakouts for like two years then they stopped and now for more than 2 months i m facing newer breakouts... 4 days back i had 2 pimples inside my skin... i read about acv toner ratio 1:1...

Have you considered a derma stamp? I've used one on a cheek scar and I it's definitely improving but it's not a quick fix. I've also read that you can have fillers injected into depressed scars. Maybe...

rumah, boxcars are the hardest to treat, at least in my opinion and experience. Ask your derm about punch floats/lifts/elevations, whatever he wants to call them. Worked very well for my boxcar scar...
