I'm on Roaccutane and also have been using the Eucerin moisturiser with great sucess.

I use BeneFit Cosmetics POREfessional primer, I find it really helps my make up go on smoothly and doesn't break me out.

I would avoid using something that far expired, it might have a lot of bacteria in it and the product may have degraded.

I wash my face with cleanser (Eucerin Dermo Purifyer as recommended by my derm) morning and night but if I work out at the gym I wash it again in the shower. So that makes three times. I think twice...
