Yeah I agree about it being mild to moderate. So not bad. Id try gentle cleansers if you havent already. Cetaphil is good. With a low strength benzoyl peroxide 2.5%. Or if you want a natural product id suggest Manuka honey. Its expensive but so worth it. (Thats what I use twice a day. I leave it on for hours but for just 30 mins should be enough. It works so much better than any chemical products. But i also use bp once a day at night with it and a good moisturiser.)

I think it could be due to clogged pores, try a cleansing brush or silicon pad with the little bristles when cleansing your face morning and night, this should help lift excess dirt on the skin. After this you should close the pores with a toner.
