I have these bums on my forehead and quite a bit of redness ,this has been going on for 6 months or longer but recently it's gone worse .Any suggestions on what products I should use ?image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg

I would suggest BP (Benzyl peroxide) and/or ACV (apple cider vinegar). Just make sure you dont use ACV straight from the bottle but mix it with an equal amount of water.

BP is not going to help you with those bumps. Try a BHA toner or something with SA acid that goes on after you wash your face.
