Fine, my acne is about average for me and my skin isn't dry/flakey, as it sometimes is, so my make-up looks good.

I have these a lot while on tane, but they aren't constantly, it just happens every so often.

I tried this before, as I noticed the acne on my head was clearing up after i started using H&S shampoo, however, it dried my skin out really badly.

But honestly unless you need something to put in your cereal, what reason is there for milk? I only have it on my cereal 🙂 Thanks for the replies everyone

I know milk is bad for acne because of all the hormones, iodine and all that.. Is soya milk alright though?
