It could be dehydrated especially since you were on Accutane...when my skin was dehydrated it was sort of like that, and paradoxically oily. What helped me was hydraulic acid (I like the Indeed brand)...

Especially since I am not scar prone. I even had cystic acne for 4 months a few years ago which I picked till it bled and none of it scarred. Also, it wasn't that long ago that I would have aged.
