Keep doing the regimen but use a SPF

I had the same issue. My whole face would sweat like crazy but it started just after I finished my Accutane course. But I contribute it to the Accutane. It FINALLY went away about 6 months afterwards.

You could try AHA is extremely hydrating but isn't considered a moisturizer. Have you tired jojoba oils?

It could be the sunscreen breaking you out

Have patience with the spiro. Many do not see results until 6 months or even more. Then the real good results come, if the acne is hormonal. Keep hanging in there. Keep getting the cortisone injection...

I'm so sorry that the homeopath didn't work out. Sucks when we put energy into things and it doesn't work as planned. Keep positive and know you can start Accutane very soon.

I do not use the regimen because my skin doesn't react well to the BP. I use it as a treatment though and it works well
