Im going to travel in about 2 weeks to spain where it is pretty hot. Im gonna try ti get as tan as possible. My acne is pretty mild but i have sensitive and red skin. Im on the regimen now but i was wondering if i should stop with the regimen during the one week on vacation or continue. And will i easy get new break outs when i come home? Thank you

Keep doing the regimen but use a SPF

I live in Perth, Australia where it is very hot and very sunny for a good part of the year. I successfully followed the regimen for about a year and a half, but I wore SPF every day and a hat. A hat is vital!

When i was on holiday on the regimen, i drowned my face in non comedogenic suncream and generally avoided the sun. You'll have more trouble finding the time to apply the regiment especially if you're sharing bathrooms.
