Tried it for 4 days only. Acne cleared but scars still there. I have read that it should take more than 10 days before the actual healing of scars bec. the body would still undergo the ketosis period....

I started applying ACV to my skin last night and this morning. I diluted it to 25% ACV and 75% water. Hoping for the best.

You might want to try TCA peels for pores and TCA cross for ice pick scars. Hope this helps!
