Someone told me that egg yolk clogs pores so it's best just to use the egg whites. Sometimes I just leave the acv on my face and sleep with it on when I do it at night.

I know this has been asked before but is it the egg mask that fades the red marks or do you have to have the lemon juice to get the effects?? I've just been using egg whites.

Ever since I started b5 3 days ago I've had a constant headache!! I'm drinking lots of water and I always take them with food. Will they go away? If not I guess I don't care I'd rather have headaches ...

I'm tired and I don't feel like reading through everything..so taking B5 by itself isn't enough? You have to have another b viatmin to go with it?   And is it safe to take while on birth control?
