Does B5 help for acne scars?

Is this a good Emu Oil? It's cheap and says its 100% Pure Emu Oil

I just bought a bottle of pure emuoil, was wondering how you apply it? I know it's just a tiny bit directly on the red spots but do you keep it on or wash it off? etc.
