Your marks might fade a little bit while using Emu Oil to treat old-ish PIH.

But maybe trying a Peel or something?

I'm trying to use different skin lightening treatments now :D

I'm strongly looking into this emu oil. I don't have much money.... I've found this stuff on ebay start ing at .01 cents!? People are winning the bids for about 2 dollars.

Is this a scam or should I go with a more distinguished brand? If so, can anyone guide me to a cheap buy on ebay??

yea i gotcha.

I'm just wanting most of them to fade before next weekend at the lake.

FUCK these things

On a better note, almost all back acne has died down. two-3 small zits now compared to 20+...just from a few weeks of head and shoulders

Im gonna keep going with this for the red marks

4 days of using emu oil:

I definitely see a big improvement in the redness. Lots of places that have been red for weeks are almost completely gone. The pimples i did have coming up under the skin have been reduced now and i have 0 active zits on my back (i use head and shoulders and spot treat with emu oil). Now all i have are red marks fading on my back. Again this is only 4 days of using emu oil.

Ill update next monday with pics

Just bought a bottle of this pure emu oil to help my redness.

I used it for a fairly long time a couple of years back, at that time I was on high dose of accutane and I found it calmed the redness of my skin and didnt break me out (probably because of the tane).

Im worried about using it now though, Im on a very very low dose of tane, basically the minimum required to keep me clear and Im thinking that the emu oil might break me out, since emu oil is high in oleic acid and oleic acid is supposed to be very pore clogging.

Im going to try it for a few days and see, but Im expecting the worst.

I just bought a bottle of pure emuoil, was wondering how you apply it?

I know it's just a tiny bit directly on the red spots but do you keep it on or wash it off? etc.

I used to apply it before bed and then leave it on overnight.

My bottle came the other week and I tried it out last night, I woke up this morning and my skin seemed noticably plumper, its too early to say whether it has helped the redness, or if it will break me out, but so far so good. I remember it having the same skin plumping effect back when I used to use it a couple of years back.

Put it on and keep it on. Let it absorb in and do its work. I keep re applying it throughout the day also, making sure that its always on there

I want to give this stuff a try! However, I've heard that it DOES clog pores because of the presence of oleic acid...any truth to this??

Also, does this also act as a moisturizer? I'll be using in conjunction with ACCUTANE!!!!!

I was worried about the oleic acid aswell, but Ive been using it for around a week now and Ive not broken out from it which I really wasnt expecting to be honest!

And yes it works as a moisturizer

I was running around my house a few months ago trying to look for my emu oil...my mom laughs at me for using it but whatever, i had a random acne scar on my back that faded a lot...not completely but at least its not noticable anymore. I bought it from henry's for 20 bucks. now i lost it : (

hopefully it will turn up again...its great stuff!

YEP EMU Oil is a godsend, I have used it on my red marks for a week and they have dramatically lightened up. The product I have used is Care line's Emu Oil Cream with Jojoba & Vitamin E. I urge anyone to give this a try! I bought mine on E bay

You can get it from here:

GOOD LUCK~

Hi everyone, I have been using Careline EMU oil cream with jojoba OIL & Vitamin E with success. Its been only two days and my red marks have lightened up significantly. I previously tried 100% aloe Vera gel without success.

I got mine on E-bay. Just type "Careline Emu Oil cream" -

Good luck
