I exfoliated yesterday nd I been wondering is it normal for skin to turn red after exfoliating ? Then going back to normal in a few days ?

i use this moisturizer from Simple really good, i been using it for 3 months or so really improve my skin.

Just might be acne marks left by acne, it will go away eventually, i have them too, just make sure to wear suncream when going out side otherwise they will turn more darker and pink or red.

Just make sure you dont irritated it then it wont lead to scaring.

Tea tree oil is good for those under bumbs you talking about and scars really recommend it, i been using this past 2 weeks and boy i seen good results, just avoid not touching your face and piking.
