can any1 explain to me in basic terms how this procedure is done ? does the scar tissue have to be complety removed first .... wouldnt this just leave another scar ?   The point of this procedur...

Things that scare me are that acell will only work on fresh wounds rather then old scars. also I'm worried about what kind of scars it'll treat. I hope it'll work for depressed scars and raised scars ...
