I am on day 7 and my derm started me on 80mg a day which is 40mg twice a day. 165lbs male.

Anyone get redness while on accutane? I noticed my cheeks are flush red along with parts of my forehead. I have naturally tan skin, so this is the first time its ever happened to me.

Well for what its worth, I decided to give topical tretonin a go for a few months. I'm on day 3 so far and it deff is drying out my skin, if it doesnt work.... onto accutane
