I'm starting my 4th (and last) month of accutane today and I have been on 80mg since the begining. The results have been great, but the only thing I have noticed is that my face is always red/ flush and I get hyperpigmentation that heals slowely after a zit goes away. About how long does it take for these side effects to go away?

I have been off of accutane for 3 months and all of my side effects have gone away.
My skin is still normal/dry but I no longer have redness, dark circles or look tired/ill.
You can fix your hyper pigmentation with vitamin C and glycolic acid, just be cautious while your skin is still sensitive. I cleared up most of mine during my accutane course.
