Man the last pic looks fine. I haven't understood: Does it swell up on its own or only when you touch it?

I think a bacterial infection would cause Fever and would expand if not treated. Gotta be some other kind of infection, only way to know is biopsy

Only advice i can give is to fine a good derm and to get a biopsy. That's the only way they can understand what's happening. From what i know, punch biopsy leave s a very small scar. Please keep us up...
