Do not keep applying cream and doing treatments without the results of the biopsy, you could really mess up your skin. If you have infection you could make it spread, drive it deeper, or make it stronger. I know your desperate, and it sucks to have infection but it's not good to buy a bunch of stuff from India and just try it.
Hydrocortisone is a steroid, ...steroids take away your bodies ability to fight infection. It's one thing to use it for a few days for some redness, it's another when you have self described infection and are trying a bunch of things. Why do you want to mask the symptoms of your infection, it will not make it go away (temporary). Also it things out your skin and can damage it permanently if used over a week or two.
Stop all treatments except for antibacterial washing of the face until you get the results of the biopsy, you could be making things worse.Use things that are natural like Noble Zinc Pyrithione Soap, Sulfur masks (wash off after 15 mins). Chlorhexidine Wipes and or Stridex Pads (BHA).
If they cannot figure it out tryAntifungal creams for athletes foot.
Were shooting in the dark without knowing the biopsy results.
I beg to differ. I have seen many patients in practice remember I work in aesthetics and am not just reading data online. I have seen those who have damage due to Steroids after mere weeks. IF you don't believe me slather on those steroids and mess up your skin. Make Dr's treat the cause, not band aid the symptoms. I agree that the OP needs the results to find next steps it's solid what he pasted about testing (could be anything) from the virtual derm consult.
Basics - tons of data,(Google it 😉
symptoms... " can appear within 2 to 3 weeks of starting daily application of Class I and II topical corticosteroids "

That is a long time to wait. I can imagine you're becoming anxious to get the results. I hope you get them soon so that you can begin appropriate treatment. How long did they tell you to expect for the results? After this long, I think it's a good idea to call and follow up.
@Obi wanSecond Opinion on the above image NHS. erythematoteleangiectatic rosacea.
Histology shows ETR, clinical history and photos do not. If there are textural changes, I suggest dermal toning with 1064 QSL or vascular 1064 long pulse laser genesis. These treatments are gentle and have not adverse effects. Take standardised baseline pictures, then go through 3 months of gentle sessions under guidance of a good laser dermatologist. Then compare photos - should have a minor to moderate textural change. This solution has no consequences. If any dermatologist knows your history or complexity, anyone in their right mind will not treat you with a heavy handed solution, as a good chance it may make your condition worse. Pathology does not equate to clinical diagnosis. I agree on that point. It called clinicopathological correlation and is well know by all dermatopathologist (I looked it up in the dictionary). Wish you well.
RSM would have addressed alot of things, from atypical id reactions due to atypical mycobacterium, though to cross reaction antigenic reactions, granulamous disorders, trigeminal neuralgia, fixed drug reactions and the diagnosis of the best that the UK dermatologist can offer. Humility on this forum needed to be respected, and I have the humility to say I can not give you the answer to the problem you have, as the collective minds of UKs best dermatologist have been picked. As with all my comments - a diagnosis is needed before treatment, I wish you well, and may the force be with you. ( Oh, BTW, CT scan not a bad idea as cross antigenic reaction in sinuses can lead to this... especially if one has had filler in the past). Well wishes. OB1
IF you truly have infection under the skin the only thing any doctor can do is give you a course of multiple antibiotics for infection. They would do this with MRSA or Staph which has lesions on the skin or any disorder.
If not infection was found during the biopsy it can be a reaction as said above, ... go get allergy testing, it could be a food allergy also, or something injected in your skin prior. I have seen this with Silicone.
There is nothing anyone else can do here. It is way beyond our scope. Have you tried topical Bactroban on it. Predisone is a drug which is a very strong steroid which is given if the body reacts in any way, that may be another thing to consider.
Cut out from your diet all sugars, carbs, and processed foods, ... have pure whole foods. Minimal oils. Don't smoke.
Obi Wans idea of 1064nm is a great idea (laser), laser genesis or gentle max pro, I have seen it help many with infection under the skin it warms the skin internally.
Have you tried sulfur creams and sulfur soaps, over the counter, and using antifugnal creams for athletes foot, this might be worth a few weeks try, sulfur kills bacteria and Zinc soaps.
Incorrect diagnosis (false optimism)

Also I got a private prescription and have been ordered to do bloodtests.God all these years I wish I had found this dermatologist.
Appreciate the kindness and support I was so full of anxiety and stress never the less thank you beautifulambiton and all.
How are you doing now?
6 hours ago, Boruto said:Hey friend so at the moment I never really felt better... The problem did come back not as severely as previously due to potentially using Differin and later witch hazel...I did go back to the clinic and she used a laser called the k laser this time and it didn't really have the affect it did the first time I went.
She tells me it's because the wavelength was different I am fairly certain she used the pico sure laser though. She wants me to get a blood test done and stool.
Also I saw many a dermatologist today who interviewed me and took notes which they will discuss and come to a solution hopefully.
One problem is comparison to the pictures and what they saw in front of them I look like literally 2 different people now, since majority of the swelling and that weird pink texture has thinned out.
They have my biopsy results and majority of the derms saw the pictures before my fone battery died.
I've been using soolantra for a couple of days and that has helped immensely.
I'm hoping I can completely be free of the raised patches, they have been thinned out and I no longer have trouble speaking or expressing myself.
So all in all it's the best I felt since many years now.
Thank you again for all the support it means a lot.
Thank you for the update. This is such great news! I am so glad that you are getting answers and relief. It sounds like you are on the road to health. I wish you continued healing.
Hi so after a very long time I found a dermatologist who was able to diagnose the problem that I had.
Scar tissue bands under the skin causing me to lose flexibility and changing the symmetry of my face.
She performed a subscision on the 23rd of April and then once more on the 7th of May of this year.
The below videos which I'll post are of the first subcision.
Both procedures she took over 40 minutes I'd say, kept hearing cutting noises, she was surprised how badly it was fibrosed. The cutting device that was used was a 23 gauge needle.
Is there a chance of the bands re forming/attaching? The derm did give me some tablets to take twice a day (Danzen DS) which should prevent it, I however wanted a second opinion on this.
She also had to work under the eyes as there was adhesions there too and after the subcision my face was huge and swollen and accompanied with black eyes.
After a few weeks rubbing pineapple from a tin managed to clear them but after the second procedure it's been over 3 weeks now I still have black eyes is that normal?
Also I have knots under the skin since the second procedure, massaging it I can feel them those that were not visible and it seems like that has helped release the tension that I was feeling but there are two noticeable ones which look like a nodule and another which looks like a bump on my right eye area.
Both areas of that part of the face feel numb, Is that normal? Unfortunately the derm is away in a different country to the one I am residing in hence I can't go for a follow up review.
@BorutoHi there, this is all normal. your a slow healer. In some cases it takes weeks to heal. We use filler normally to avoid re-attachment which has less side effects. IF you did Chinese Cupping you would have even more knotts. Knots are normal they are granulomas and should subcise with time. Massage them. Good your taking Pineapple for it's Bromelain. Vitamin K2 can also help. Put some tinted moisturizer over it or medical procedure concealer like dermablend.
Danzen DS - will not prevent re-attachment. See the subcision section in the faq, pinned in the main scar treatments form. As you have ""knots"" I would do filler next time to prevent re-attachment.
""Knumbness"" could be some vein damage. Take the supplements mentioned above, massage daily, if it does not resolve... See your Dr when she get's back or another Derm for consult if needed.

Thank you for your response, I've ordered a Chinese Cupping device and I am currently in the UK, I did mention to the derm with regards to filler she told me it's unnecessary because it's results only last 8 months.
Will the suction device prevent re attachment? Do you recommend it and also you mentioned to take supplements could you please elaborate on what type and finally who would you recommend for subcision here in the UK and in terms of prices what would I be looking at?
My entire face was done at the price of 100 GBP and she was very thorough (took around 40 odd minutes) both times.
And thank you again I will look at the thread.

I use something like this https://www.amazon.com/Premium-Quality-Cupping-19-CUPPING/dp/B003KJC2F4/ref=sr_1_9?keywords=chinese+cupping&qid=1559083325&s=gateway&sr=8-9
to induce more bruising 24-48 hours after subcision in order to act as a natural spacer. See faq on how how to use.
