it's not that bad  .... Your cheek does look blotchy and red ...I have the same in both cheeks and on top of my left eyebrow (forehead) but a lot of people told me ...

The reason why they comeback it's probably because you pop them? .....you should try to let them heal by themself ....... you can also try retin-a
