I've had these bumps around my lips for YEARS!!! I've popped them and popped them which I know you're not supposed to do but they always come back. I eat a fairly healthy regular diet low in fried foods high in vegetables, fruit and seafood. I exercise regularly and always wash my face afterwards. I was my face generally twice a day. I'm on birth control which hasn't helped at all.

It's so embarrassing be side they stick out more so when I smile and it makes me shy away from really smiling.

Anybody dealing with the same thing or know how to get rid of it?

also, I hardly ever touch my face. I've been dealing with acne for about 11 years now and have found no relief.

The reason why they comeback it's probably because you pop them? .....you should try to let them heal by themself ....... you can also try retin-a

I've tried nearly all topical products and antibiotics for them. I get them popped by professional person that does the enzyme masks. I get no relief. They've been there for about 9 years.

I know this is really late, but I had this problem and they would get REALLY inflamed if I messed with them or tried to pop them. I got them after I used whitening strips and they still kept coming even after I stopped using the strips, anyway, I finally got rid of them by switching to fluoride free toothpaste.

What else do you use on your face? What do you cleanse with? Do you use Benzoyl Peroxide? Have you ever tried alpha hydroxy acids?
