And let me be clear, I’m not guaranteeing this will work for everyone (fasting and diet). I’m just sharing what I’m doing based off of reading this forum for years and the people who have healed.

I think it’s healing from the accutane damage but I could be wrong and it’s residue of the drug coming out of fat cells. The people I’ve chatted with who have healed don’t restrict vitamin A at all...

Fasting is by no means easy and I’m not sure what the easiest way to get into it. I’ve read online that you should do shorter ones before longer ones but it may be easier to go for a longer one right ...
