I posted in the thread in the regimen section, I'm trying this method at the moment and after just 1 day I've got pretty promising results!   *fingers crossed*   I'll keep you all updated on...

I just tried the method in here   Worked really well for the first day, we'll see if it keeps up, but its looking really promising!   Give it a shot people!
