I use my regular shampoo ...but I also flip my hair over to wash ..not standing in the shower ..& any shampoo or water rarely touches my face ..I do this before the regimen also

Its been about 3 weeks for me also ..& my face looks sooo red also & a lot of my family members keep asking y is my face looking so dark ..I dunno if it's the dryness or what .. Also I've slo...
