This is just your hormones changing and your body adapting. It can just be a matter of patience through this period.

Have patience with regular methods! Try to stop using so much moisturiser on your skin, your skin has adapted to this stimulus by ceasing to moisturise itself.

I'm not so sure about benzyl peroxide, but in any case remember to be patient with it. These things don't take days, but weeks and months.

I definitely agree with taking cod liver oil, and not just for the purposes of acne prevention.
