Agreed. Just dive right in. You're skin is goin to take time to adjust to the BP anyway, so I doubt starting the regimen right away will do any harm.

Go ahead and start slowly bumping it up. It should take you 2-4 weeks to get to the full amount. Check the dosage chart for more details.
