My experience with the baking soda is that if I do it too often, my face looks like I took sandpaper to it. So now I only do it once a week or so when I feel the need for extra exfoliation.

So if 40 is the new 30, then 50 should count as the new 40 right? I turned 53 on June 21st. Still fighting the good fight for clear skin !
