I've been following her since she has done the TL subcision procedure with dr h in the UK. Looks like she seems to regret doing it because of the hematoma that formed near her cheeks which seems to be tender/raised/numb.

It's an organized hematoma at this point -- fibrotic scar tissue, not blood. The hematoma should have been evacuated ASAP by the doctor performing it. The original paper that was released by TL subcision claimed that there had never been any case of hematoma, which was hard to believe, and was almost certainly not true.

Other complaints: https://www.realself.com/question/england-united-kingdom-swelling-scar-tissue-after-subcision

I myself had some soft tissue trauma (dent under my left cheekbone) that slowly filled out, and a hematoma that caused additional tethering requiring a second (cannula) subcision.

This is no walk in the park -- only get this done with the best scar revisionists.

Thanks guys for the links to Kati and the realslef case. Eye opening..

Why don't we have a form dedicated for horror stories like that? We all should know the worst case...

By this, do you mean Taylor liberator subcision? How is it different from normal subcision in your view?
