Is there any hope to improve my scars?

I™ve had these scars for almost 20 years and they are by far my biggest insecurity in life. I™ve tried countless treatments and spent thousands of dollars through the years only to see little to no improvement. I™ve always been determined to do whatever it took to make these scars better, but I finally broke down the other day after seeing these photos of myself and realizing that maybe I just have to accept that they™ll never go away. Someone on Reddit recommended this forum for advice so I figured I™d give it a try before losing hope for good.
For reference I™ve tried micro needling (6 treatments), a chemical peel, fraxel laser, and various medium grade peels. I understand that I™ll never have completely smooth skin, but is there any thing that could make noticeable improvements?

Yeah there's a few things that would help a lot, you appear to have done very minor treatments. How much would you be willing to spend for roughly 75% improvement or potentially more, also how much downtime are you willing to have.

Im willing to pay whatever it takes. I just started a new job, so right now I dont think I can take more than 2 consecutive weeks off, but in the future I can certainly take more time off.

Maybe 3-4 tca crosses,

which you could probably do atm then a 2 fractional ablative co2 high density.

then one full ablative erbium 400 microns and a deep co2 fractional low density in the same treatment and then you should see a marked improvement

Here is the good news they are not deep most are between shallow to moderate. You can definitely make the edge of the scar slanting. Like other people have pointed out. I would say co2 high power low density on the edge. Also consider dermabrasion, seems like you are white and go for it. But try co2 laser first. Dermabrasion definetely work in bending the edge of the scar maybe it doesnt work too much in lifting the scar. But you should be able to convert these into shallow rolling scars. If you are a good healer expect your scar to lift very close to normal skin.

I feel as if although you got good results from dermabrasion its a very hit and miss practice and one that should probably be left in the 90s the modern lasers have so much more control and safety. With similar outcomes

In my opinion dermabrasion (surgical not useless placebo micro) will give you perceptible results/improvement, around 35-45% improvement each time but the recovery/healing is hellish and not for the faint of heart or suicidal and it is very very dependent on the skills of the doctor. It Will erase some of your boxcar scars , blend your scars, and buff the edges of your scars. It will still be there but less noticeable. I did it 2x and was the best acne scar treatment that I™ve done and I™ve done a lot. I kinda have similar scars when I started my acne treatment journey.

And I know it™s hard to trust opinions, reviews, or advices online. For transparency and some sort of credibility hehehe I am attaching my old dermabrasion receipts. Goodluck!

Also avoid wearing super matte foundations and too much powder it will emphasize the scars and edges, just based from my experience¦.

My opinion ablative laser or dermabrasion but perhaps after some subscision perhaps to raise some of the deeper. And I mimic what getsmart said about it being not too deep so that's good.

I don't know how easy it is to work on the temple, including with dermabrasion or laser because it's a sensitive area with this skin. I had on my cheeks.

Long story short, you don't have to live with scars to this degree, but you need a good doctor (get at least 3 opinions imo) and patience and targeted things that benefit more than risk. You have to try the right treatments right chronological order. For example, do some subscision testing on the larger ones (if temple is possible) then try to shave down edges to blend with the above.

You should definitely get significant progress on something though. On those scars I would definitely avoid any acid or needling they will do nothing at all. Fraxel also is not ablative enough, you need ablative and good chronological treatments. I think you picked a lot of procedures that were mostly bs sales pitches or "botox/moisturizer docs" pushing trash like needling or peels. Peels have their place of course but definitely not for those scars imo.
