I crush aspirin, mix it with a couple drops of water, and dab it on the pimples. It will form a lil crust and dry out the pimple and reduce inflammation! be gentle, because this can be SUPER abrasive material if you don't crush it properly and rub it on your skin. GENTLY dab it on. Good luck!
