What will help my skin and the red marks ? I wash my face 2 times a day morning-night and use collagen both times. every mon-wed-fri i use liquid gold then on sunday i use indian healing mask. i also have two tablets of clearzine and 1 zinc per day and drink lots of water.
What will help me get rid of my red marks ect. I dont really have spots any more.

Microdermabrasion will help with red spots (not indented scars) but it takes several sessions. I usually have to get 3-4 sessions to see results. Price in my area is $90 per session.
A much more affordable route is purchasing glycolic acid online. I get mine at Makeup Artist choice. I use the 30%. There may be other peels that would help but I don't have experience with any others except the tca 12.5%. that helps too. Oh I have had professional peels but had to get 6 each session cost was $120 so that's expensive.
You seem to only have mild acne and some redness. I think a tretinoin cream would work very well. But you'll probably need to visit dermatologist to get a prescription for one.. visiting one is a good idea no matter what. 
I certainly wouldn't poison whole body with accutane unless acne is severe cystic acne or nothing else works.

by your scars your acne seems to be very resistant its doesnt seem to be a severe acne but doesnt mean it will go away with creams
I would go for a accutane round without even thinking about it after that if your acne stays in remission i would go for needling/ tca peels / subcision and lasers for the final resurfacing
its a long road man
but dont give up if this shit bothers you, you can improve it ALOT believe me
